We pretty much loved everything about this place from the moment we arrived and they stored our luggage while they finished getting the room ready. We had a ‘two room’ room which was small but neat/nice. Location perfect - plenty of options to eat nearby. Teen says best carbonara of her life near here. Enjoyed the pool - tiny - but nice to float after a day of walking. The bells in the morning were a pain but that’s Salzburg for you. Would definitely stay there again as otherwise really cozy and peaceful.

What an amazing hotel with supportive and helpful staff. So many special efforts to spoil guests and made our time restful. Really enjoyed the location with so much available in walking distance.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was great. Check in and check out was so easy and convenient.

Very elegant hotel, nice lobby and comfy sitting area and friendly staff. We arrived early and left our luggage in the hotel and returned late afternoon to check in, our luggages were already placed in our room. The room was spacious with sofa and table and desk. There was water kettle for boiling water and tea bags provided. The bed was slightly too soft for us. In the evening, we enquired about ways to go to train station, the gentleman explained clearly to us options and direction and even printed a free transportation ticket for us. The next day when we were leaving the hotel the same gentleman bid us farewell politely and helped us with the luggages.
We have a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would recommend this to friends.

What a great hotel, we loved it. The spa was absolutely perfect - clean and well maintained.

High-grade 4 star hotel. Lots of personal touches that make it feel like a 5 star experience. Room was very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful with excellent English language skills. Used Sauna and Steam Room. Both were clean and worked well. Lots of options at breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Vienna.
