The front desk staff were very kind 😊 I was even upgraded, and it was a wonderful stay! It's right behind Mirabell Palace, so it's very convenient, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was a delight! The bathroom was also separated from the shower, and the underfloor heating was very warm

Although old, they've been well-maintained. Cleanliness: Clean, tidy, and comfortable. However, the room hadn't been vacuumed on the second day, and there was trash on the floor. This isn't typical for a chain hotel

It's right next to Mirabell Palace, making it very convenient for attending concerts. Transportation is quite convenient. The breakfast is plentiful, but the service and value for money are just average.

The hotel is very near the train station; a short bus ride drops off at the stop that is a 2 minute distance from the hotel. Also very convenient to get to the town square and main shopping areas

The reception staff are always attentive and polite. They have greeted me with a smile whenever they saw me. The restaurant Mirabelle's Italian cuisine is one of the best I have ever tasted

Location wise it is not near to the station of Ler the main area. But it is ok since there is couple of supermarkets nearby (Billa, EuroSpar and Aekshea - Asian mart). The bottled water is only 1 per stay

Although the hotel is a little bit old , it’s clean and tidy. Location is just 15 min walk from the central bus station with adequate public transportation nearby

The room was great, I'd say it's easily a 4-star standard for Europe. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of fruits, cold cuts, and breads

Sometimes I can hear the sound of trains, but the scenery at the station is nice and the sound doesn’t affect my life too much. Great location! It won’t be dangerous to walk around the area by yourself

You can walk to the station/Mirabell Palace Gardens. The hotel restaurant next to it seems to have good reviews and there are many people queuing. In addition, there are many restaurants to choose from nearby

Also, much appreciated the gluten free bread for breakfast that was delicious and very safe (came in its own vacuum bag and I was given a pair of scissors so I could open the bag myself) — highly recommend for travellers with celiac

The breakfast is simple but nice. You can keep your luggage here for free before you check in and after you check out. The only thing bad about here is that it is kind of far away from all the tourist attractions

The hotel offers a fair price for travelling. The room was a bit old and refrigerator was not available. But the receptionists were friendly and willing to help out.

The location is far from the city center, but there are several bus stops outside, and the Flixbus South station is nearby. The room is large, apartment-like, with a kitchen and refrigerator, but no washing machine.

What an exquisite hotel in central location. So much history with this hotel. The Staff all went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed and great information on places to visit etc

Breakfast is delicious, the staff is friendly, Mirabell Garden is just a minute away, and there are trams and buses that stop in front of the accommodation, so it's great.

The hotel is perfectly located across from Mirabell Gardens, separated by a 50-meter road. Transportation is very convenient, and a bus stop is just 20-30 meters away

However, theoretically, a Salzburg transport card should be given to guests during their stay, but the front desk attendant didn't mention it and only asked me to register as a member

The cabins have a modern feel, a private vegetable garden, and a view overlooking Salzburg. The rooms are small, but the bathrooms are adequate. The main dinner was excellent and highly recommended

Design and decoration of the room and hotel was very nice. It was a bit hectic finding a spot to pull over to check in and take in our bags as this is a very busy area. Staff were very friendly and helpful

The only remark I would have, which is vali to all hotels I stayed in Austria, is that the toilette paper is more like sand-paper, to those who are sensitive to that (like me), and there are no tissues in the room

3 nights in Salzburg Hotel was adorable and was the adjoining restaurant. I'm a terrible critic when it comes to mattresses and I have to say their's was very firm.

There was a sign that said to register to please enter through the bar. I had a piece of luggage and a backpack. The bartender who turned out to be the hotel guest reception. Saw me and signal me to go back to the lobby
