This hotel is a bit older, but very comfortable. It's super close to the train station, just a 4-5 minute walk, and transportation is very convenient. The best part was definitely breakfast at the hotel. The exquisite tableware and the overall atmosphere were excellent.

Love this little classy hotel, facilities in room was very useful and in good condition so I enjoyedy stay so much! The area was a bit noisy at night because it was too close to the train station I suppose.

The service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. The room was also very clean and well-maintained, so I would definitely stay here again if I visit again. And the hotel itself was beautiful. It was a truly wonderful experience.

It's a small hotel converted from a residential building. I don't know why accommodation and food in Salzburg are so expensive! This tiny hotel costs over 2000 RMB! Not having a kettle is bad enough, but the shower area is practically cramped! The elevator is unbelievably small, and you have to manually open the outside door! Breakfast is pitiful too; besides bread and boiled eggs, there's only pickled cucumber! However, it's quite close to the train station, about a 500-meter walk! It's a small city; one night is enough to see everything!

If you want to experience the traditional European hotel culture, this hotel will interest you. There are all kinds of cute little decorations in front of the small entrance. The elderly lady greets you with a smile at the front desk, then puts on her glasses and opens a thick book to find your reservation information line by line. She will carefully answer any questions you ask. If you need to print on the computer occasionally, the slow operation can effectively train your patience and willpower. Finally, the heavy room key handed to you will immediately remind you of the scene in the old movie "Grand Hotel". What surprised me most was that the hotel has a yard as a special parking lot for the hotel, which is very considerate for self-driving tourists.

Very cozy hotel, clean, comfortable and quiet, breakfast is very good. There is free parking. The boss is very nice and will recommend places to visit. I will choose this place again if I go there again.

The room is large and exquisite, with wallpaper and curtains of the same pattern. The carpet, chairs, bedside tables and bed rails are decorated with the same plaid cloth, and the bathroom walls and floors are covered with the same tiles. In terms of transportation, the hotel is very close to the station, 300 meters away, and it is not difficult to walk with a large suitcase. The breakfast is very, very exquisite, the food is delicious and the service is very good.
It's family run, polite and well behaved. Excellent value for money.

Tissue papers in the gap between the bed and the wall. The shower "room" is inside the the room without any ventilation system. It can make the bedroom very wet and hot during showering.

Should expect it as a hostel instead of a hotel.

The hotel is placed conveniently for business travelers. You will get a decent size room, crazy view, and nice staff. We'll, most of them were nice. Lady who answered my call told I should bring a confirmation for me I travel for business (reservation manager told I didn't need any..). Then she added I may come without it, since she will not be here and another person will solve my problem. Great service for one of a few hotels kept open during lockdawn N+1 in Austria...

Neat and clean hotel with warm rooms. Perfectly located, surrounded by many restaurants like Doner kebab, McDonald's, Burger king etc, grocery and it is just one minute walk to the bus and train station. Almost all the buses goes via city centre, by walk it will take only 20 minutes. The breakfast offered here was yummy. Staffs here are friendly.

Staying here during the fall, reception was friendly and quick to help with our questions. Housekeeping was great. Also the location is superb right near the train station.

Would have given 5 star if it weren't for the cold treatment of one of the male receptionists.
We were there on 3rd October 2021 at 12 PM but the check in was at 2. The tall guy at the reception told us to come back at 2. No next steps on the luggage, no information on whether to wear the mask at the reception floor, no information on where to freshen up for the time being. We had to prod the receptionist for answers while he was being unhelpful. Finally he told us about the cloak room which we used.
The next receptionist was a very pleasant guy and he helped us to check-in at 2PM. He gave us all the information.
The food was great. The room was clean and tidy. The only complaint was the one receptionist.

Good hotel at a great location for a city trip. Easily accessed by bus after arriving at airport. Breakfast is perfect, all options available. View is great. Rooms are a bit out-dated with a shower in a bath.
