Spacious and comfortable room and excellent breakfast. Close to the train station.

The young man at the front desk was very friendly and let us check in early. The room was quite spacious, clean, tidy, and didn't have any strange smells. The swimming pool is really small, more for kids. There's a construction site next door which is quite noisy, but the room itself was okay.

I arrived to the room keys not working, which greatly affected my satisfaction. The window is also not soundproof while the construction site started from 7am. One good point is the spacious room, and that’s why I chose this hotel.

Nice 4-star hotel with an indoor pool and sauna. Located right behind the central station, with convenient access to shopping areas. Small gym; however, the lack of disposable cups was a bit inconvenient. The mattress was not very comfortable and the pillows didn’t provide enough support, but the water pressure in the shower was strong and the temperature was just right.

Roof top restaurant good foods but the sunset too strong to enjoy

The handsome receptionist was very helpful. The chocolates we received upon check-in were delicious, and they even printed out our transportation tickets. I was given a room right next to the elevator. On the second day, I got a new room. It wasn't any better, and I ended up cutting my trip short. I checked out late afternoon on the second day. The property itself felt quite outdated.

Hotel is located just outside the city itself, but is served by frequent buses stopping adjacent to the hotel. We rate the hotel as good in all aspects, except that on arrival we found our room had not been fully prepared, i.e. no shower gel, no hand soap, carpet not vacuumed. This was remedied and we did not experience any other problems.

The room was clean and a good size. It's right at the train station entrance, and Salzburg isn't very big, so you can walk to the Mozart's birthplace area in about 15 minutes. For breakfast, they had miso soup and rice. Upon check-in, I received a complimentary bottle of water.

Very cozy, with stunning views of the snowy mountains from the high-floor windows. It's super convenient – just cross the road to reach the main train station and bus terminal. Very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. Had a bit of problems checking in because the night duty staff couldn’t find our booking. It’s a 30 minutes walk to the city Centre so it’s a bit far for walking. But there are buses that take you at a price of course. Macdonalds is really close by.

The hotel is quite a bit away from the old city center but as guests, we get free public transport so make sure you ask the hotel for the Guest Mobility Ticket. The hotel is clean and has everything that one would need on a vacation. There are several supermarkets nearby.

Feeling at home in a foreign land

The room design is very European and comfortable. You can buy tourist attraction cards at the hotel. The only downside is that it is difficult to adjust the water temperature of the shower. It is easy to overheat or not hot enough. There is no middle ground at all.

Great hotel for a short stay in Salzburg: free parking, free ticket for all public transport, very close to the airport and to the Autobahn to Munich. 2 small negative things I would like to highlight that are worth improving: 1. At the main door, there are 2 parking spots, clearly marked "CHECK-IN". So my understanding was: park there, then check-in, then move the car to the main parking lot upstairs...

The accommodation was in excellent condition, and the staff member who checked me in was incredibly friendly. The parking facilities, although outdoors, were spacious and conveniently connected to the property, with plenty of spots available. I had no inconveniences during my stay.

4th time staying here and another great stay. Staff are attentive and helpful. Room stank of cigarette smoke which isn't the hotels fault. Complained and was happily moved to a new room. Happy!
