Room was in good condition. Was a bit disappointed in housekeeping. I didn't request it everyday but when I did, I was surprised the shower soap was not refilled it was almost empty and also the toilet paper.

The location is perfect, just a minute walk from the Hauptplatz - Main Square - with tram and bus connections. Many excellent restaurants and bars in and around the Old City The hotel is excellent - my superior room was spacious and very comfortable. Quiet and good amenities. Staff are friendly and very helpful. A perfect hotel for a beautiful city.

I stayed at the Hotel Stoiser in Graz for 3 nights. The rooms are functionally furnished and clean. The staff is very friendly. I had a room facing the street and it was very noisy. However, I was informed of this when booking. I find that very nice. The price/performance ratio is good. There was always a smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. The breakfast is good. A relaxing stay at the Marienhof Hotel Garni Graz We felt very comfortable at the Marienhof. We received a warm welcome and were treated to a delicious breakfast every morning. The room was spacious and tastefully furnished with a beautiful view of the Graz countryside.

Service was great as was the cleanliness throughout. You can hear doors to other rooms close. Breakfast is incredibly lackluster: bread, sliced meat and cheese from the supermarket, fruit.

A lovely hotel in a great location. Had a lovely weekend here with my partner. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff couldn't do enough for us, were so happy to help, and made our stay enjoyable. I stayed there many nights over the span of a year and I could never complain. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all you need, the balconies are hidden gems and very nice, staff was always friendly and helpful and for me the late self-check in was a huge plus.

Great hotel with large single person rooms. It is near the city center and TU Graz, making it ideal for visiting the city. Also, the personnel was friendly, and the building was clean. I would recommend this (cheap!) Hotel.

Lovely hotel with an excellent location. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was solid and enjoyable. A big plus is that dogs are welcome. The only downside—which wasn’t entirely the hotel’s fault—was that some young girls in the neighboring room were having a party late at night with extremely loud music. That said, this says more about guest behavior than the hotel itself.

Had an amazing experience the check in was warm and friendly, the room was spotless the bedding was comfortable, had a coffee maker in the room and a hairdryer too, the breakfast buffet had a lot of choices, there was so much personalization by the breakfast hostess Anna was walking around every table and offering warm croissants.

The worst is that we didn’t have the fridge on the room , when we asked in the reception , they told they have a vending machine. I can’t store medicine in the vending machine. Went during the Austrian GP F1. Great stay. Helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful and tidy rooms with airconditioning. Great continental breakfast. Restaurant got some tasty Austrian dishes for a great price. Enjoyed some Weissbeer in the bar. We didn’t make use of the bowling alley but that looked like a lot of fun. Great stay! I stayed here through Airbnb for four months in one of the single room apartments located behind the hotel. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend staying here for a long period of time. It is more suitable for very short term stays. Some points: • Dirty: The apartment was dirty when I arrived. There were dirt stains on the chair, headboard, mattress, and bed liner. The floor had dirt and dried liquid...

Perfectly fine for a one-week stay, though a mini-fridge would be great to store perishables. Room is a good size, with a comfortable bed and reliable hot water. Air con worked well and was much-needed in the summer heat. Room not well soundproofed though, so footsteps and slamming doors can easily be heard. Having someone at the reception desk during the afternoon would have been ideal.

There was no free breakfast, i mostly left the place early morning for work so don't know if they even had food in premises. The rooms were very clean and sheets and towels were changed regularly. Staff was very prompt and all ears to my requests.

It's a vey comfortable hotel. Rooms are charm and big enough. There are several paths to walk around. Houses nearby are so nice. The only question is that it has no elevator.

Fairly standard food in quite a pretty spot, surrounded by forests. It feels like they are very sure of their customers....a little brusque when taking the tables order. The waiter suggested that payment could happen at the table but much preferred at the desk. Food was brilliant, but service was a problem. Staff are friendly until your tip is not enough. Also staff are unaware of vouchers purchased as a gift. Security on these needs to be improved much like a concert ticket so it can be scanned and cancelled when used. We are not talking about 10 euro here.. The voucher does have all info necessary (details, code etc) but was still questioned. Shame, spoiled...

Since it's a B&B, I was surprised that the room was small and there was no refrigerator. It seems like it's used a lot by nearby airport captains and flight attendants. There's a large supermarket right next door and a sushi restaurant inside it. There's also a cafe right next door, and you can order pizza in the lobby on the first floor. The hotel was very close to the station, easy to find, and the room entry was via a PIN code, so there was no need to carry a key, which was very convenient. Premium room and food at a reasonable price. Everything we wanted to see and enjoy was close and the day to get to. The staff was very pleasant and could speak English. We never had a problem communicating what we needed.

The location is great overall. It's very close to the city center, but far enough from the city noise. The building is quite old, so I noticed that part of the floor is slightly slanted and the room layout is a bit strange because of a column. But it gives the place a nice charm. The staff was nice too. If location matters to you, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
