Intercity Graz is new, clean, and bright, offering a very comfortable stay. The rooms are modern and well maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety. The location is excellent, right next to Graz Hauptbahnhof, making it very convenient for travel.

walkable from Graz train station still very quiet rooms with modern room and bathroom facilities. we stayed in winter and the heating was good but  can not comment on AC. beds were comfortable. breakfast varieties were plenty and overall taste was good. staff was helpful. the city centre was within walking range and tram lines in the city centre were free.

Had a great time in Intercity Graz as this location is right opposite main train station which is so convenient for us to move to our next stop. Other than that, we could reach to everywhere else easily. Graz is also a beautiful place to visit. Don't skip here!

The location is perfect. Close to Altstadt and other sightseeing spots. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The staff are nice and helpful. Just that cleanliness can be a bit better. And you have to order room service one day before, otherwise room service will not come.

I want to write for families: this is a great hotel. A place for kids to get their wiggles out (climbing room !!), cheese pizzas, apple juice -- all the things you need for a smooth arrival after a long day of travel. Honestly, they were so kind to our loud, emotional little kids. And the staff's kindness was top notch. I would much rather stay here than a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is located close to the highway which is both a plus but due to the noise a minus. The hotel is pet friendly, however, the park in which the dog can run is located quite far. Beds are comfortable and clean, however, the lounge area is quite poor. The staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast is tasty and rich in products.

We were 3 adults in triple room. The desk team were very polite. The room is basic but comfortable. Safe was locked and they couldn't help open it, we had to carry our passport and wallets with us everywhere we go. Breakfast buffet with plenty of continental options and eggs.

Very nice location. Our room was facing the main road but there are no noises coming in. The noise camcellation is good! The room is spacious and classy! The parking is easy and it ia 15 Euros per night. We had some issues with heating in our room and the staff gave us more blankets, but in the end the room wasn't as cold as we thought. Room ok (private ensuite), with ok mattress, ok duvet, terrible pillow! Sparesely furnitured, but fair enough. Ridicilous TV on wall: Size of a lap-top screen, but 4-5 meters from bed impossible to use/see anything. Toilet and bathroom/shower fair enough. Common kitchen not ok: Terrible smell all days (3 night stay), bad cleaning/hygenic conditions (greasy surfaces, not or badly done dishwashing)...

I really enjoy this hostel because the staffs are very nice and I had a good talk with them. My roommate is so nice and we talked a lot and shared with one whole room together. I felt so happy in Graz although it rained heavily today.

We were given a room on arrival that was not cleaned which resulted in us moving to a huge room. The beds are comfy and it has everything u need including kitchen to cook or make hot drinks. Washing machines ect. Needs a bit of maintenance though. The coat rack in 427 is coming off the wall, there was mould in the bathroom and floors dont seem to have been cleaned in corners. I stayed at the Hotel Stoiser in Graz for 3 nights. The rooms are functionally furnished and clean. The staff is very friendly. I had a room facing the street and it was very noisy. However, I was informed of this when booking. I find that very nice. The price/performance ratio is good. There was always a smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. The breakfast is good. A relaxing stay at the Marienhof Hotel Garni Graz We felt very comfortable at the Marienhof. We received a warm welcome and were treated to a delicious breakfast every morning. The room was spacious and tastefully furnished with a beautiful view of the Graz countryside.

Overall, it's good, clean, and has a small balcony. The only downside is that the front desk is always overwhelmed, and you have to wait a long time each time.

We just lucked out and were given a beautiful apartment, so I am obviously prejudiced! The facilities were immaculate as was the decor. Front end and wait staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. We whole-heartedly recommend the Augarten to enhance your Graz experience.

This was a modern hotel and very clean. They had a great pool / sauna area. Unfortunately, the beds were too firm for us and no air conditioning in the room. This was the only hotel during our 2 week stay that charged for parking and breakfast, which was disappointing. Luckily we were there on a weekend and there was free parking on the street in front of the hotel.

The hotel is very new. We stayed in a family room. We were the only family on the first floor, so the privacy was good. The service is very good, the underground parking lot is also very convenient, and the breakfast is rich. The location is a little far from the old town center, about 15 minutes walk.
