The location is very nice, the room was very basic and the bed basically a couch with a mattress. Several dishes weren’t available anymore after we ordered and the service was a bit slow especially when our guests arrived it took a long time to get the first drink

Friendly staff, good location, great parking! We were offered a huge apartment instead of a regular room! The hotel is located near the tram stop, 13 minutes walk! You can get directly to the city center without transfers! very convenient! forest nearby! I want to come back to this place! I recommend!

Overall good. Dinner was disappointing. Nice and quiet, plenty of free parking on site. Room was comfortable but small. Went down the road to the Kern Bakery for an excellent breakfast instead of eating at the hotel.

Fairly standard food in quite a pretty spot, surrounded by forests. It feels like they are very sure of their customers....a little brusque when taking the tables order. The waiter suggested that payment could happen at the table but much preferred at the desk. Normally fine, but in this case our host is a ninety year old fairly sprightly gentleman with a walking cane ...the waiter could have been much more considerate (we didn't get even a small smile from him the entire time). He led the way at quite a pace to the desk inside!

Food was brilliant, but service was a problem. Staff are friendly until your tip is not enough. Also staff are unaware of vouchers purchased as a gift. Security on these needs to be improved much like a concert ticket so it can be scanned and cancelled when used. We are not talking about 10 euro here.. The voucher does have all info necessary (details, code etc) but was still questioned. Shame, spoiled an otherwise enjoyable evening.

We visited again with family, but issues still persist.
Booked table for 4 at 6pm but they booked it down as 6 persons at 4pm. (They did confirm it was 1800 when we booked).
Waiter then pointed at the book?? We didn't write it in!!!
Waiter then forgot a drinks order then seemed arrogant and literally threw the drinks on the table.
The food is good there but the staffs attitude requires attention..
I know they can be busy but that's the business they are in. I'm afraid that will be the last visit for a very long time.

Great location, excellent food, avoid on the weekend if you can, gets too busy and service is slow, have wait 1hr+ from ordering to food arriving
