Everything was fine so far, my guest forgot a scarf in the room which unfortunately couldn't be found half an hour after leaving the room 😏

The hotel was clean, we were very satisfied and had no problems. It's very close to the main train station. You can easily walk to the city center.

The location is a five-minute walk from the station. Graz's tourist attractions are within walking distance. There's also a large supermarket nearby. The facilities include air conditioning and an elevator, but there's no refrigerator in the room. The convenience of using a keypad is keyless.

The room was clean, quiet, and had excellent blackout blinds which made for a good night’s sleep. The location is also very convenient. However, the amenities were quite basic — no coffee, body lotion, or similar items provided. The air conditioning had an unpleasant smell when turned on, suggesting the filter needs cleaning. While the stay was fine overall, the price of over €200 per night felt steep given the no-frills setup, though it was a popular weekend. Ideal if you’re after something simple and clean, but not luxury.

The hotel was very close to the station, easy to find, and the room entry was via a PIN code, so there was no need to carry a key, which was very convenient.
The reception staff at check-in and check-out were friendly and easy to talk to, making for a pleasant experience.
Perhaps because I booked early, it was incredibly cheap at around 7500 yen per night in Austria, where prices are generally high. The room was surprisingly spacious and clean, the shower pressure was fine, and it was very comfortable.
I didn't include breakfast, but there's a BILLA PLUS right across the street and a SPAR at the station, so buying bread and drinks the day before was sufficient.
However, the lack of a refrigerator in the room meant I had to leave the yogurt and drinks I bought at room temperature, which was a minor drawback.
Also, perhaps because it was only a two-night stay, when I returned on the second day, the bed had been made, but the towels hadn't been changed, which I found a bit disappointing.
Overall, these are minor complaints, and considering the convenience, I think the repeat rate would be high.

Unfortunately, the staff was extremely unfriendly, and even upon request, they didn't provide a receipt for breakfast bookings. Good location, but very noisy. Otherwise, a classic B&B hotel.

It's a 5-minute walk from the station and a 15-minute walk from the old town.
There are supermarkets nearby and many restaurants in the old town. It was a hot season so it was nice to have air conditioning. There is a hair dryer but no refrigerator. The room had a high ceiling so it felt spacious.
I recommend it as it was very convenient if you are traveling by train.
