Located: 2 km from the town of Kirchberg, 170 km from Munich airport, 94 km from Innsbruck airport, ski lift 150 m, bus stop across the street.

We had a fantastic stay over Christmas!
The room is spacious and comes with a balcony with good views, heating works very well, beds are super comfortable. The hotel provides a nice breakfast, ski room, a lot of parking space. And we absolutely loved the spa - it’s huge with 2 steam, 2 sauna rooms and a large chill lounge.
The location is superb, although its not in the town, it’s right next to a bus station and is almost ski in ski out - 5mins walk to a gondola, which takes you all the way to the top, and you can also ski down to station. So perfect.
Owner and staff are also wonderful, they are so sweet and helpful 🙏

Perfect accommodation. Everything is clean, ski storage available, nice staff. Breakfast and dinner were incredible and delicious. Cable car 3 minutes walk. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

Amazing location literaly 3-4 min from main ski lift taking you to circa 1900 meters.above sea level. Very good food so i do recommend half board.
Saunas are very clean and owners are making sure you are pampered offering nice herbal tea every other day.
Whem it comes to rooms they are nice and warm. Only thing i would personally improve is quality of matresses and pillows and soap dispenser by the sink otherwise every time you want to wash your hands you have to open shower to pick up soap from dispenser.
Food was very good brakefast was served in a swedish style aka pick your own. Dinner starts at 6pm and it consist of self served soup (2 to choose from), main and dessert. There is always vegetarian option available but you must state it during brakefast. Only thing is that you need to pay for drinks and you are not offered basic drink like tap water or else.

We were a group of 38 on a 2 week ski trip from Canada. We have stayed here before & look forward to returning again.
Rooms are generously sized, meals are incredibly tasty & a good variety, the spa is a welcome feature after a day on the slopes or touring.
The Schermer family are very welcoming & always happy to help with local information, including help to access medical care as not all the skiers survived the trip unscathed.
They can readily accommodate dietary restrictions and our gluten free folks raved about their meals.
The location is prime as it is walking distance to the Pengelstein gondola & a short bus ride to Ki-West.
For the non-skiers, access to local bus & train connections are included so touring is easily done.
Already looking forward to next year's trip!

Beautiful location right next to the Pengelstein ski lift and bus stop for full connection to Kitzbuhel ski area! Delicious and hearty meals with excellent accommodation for gluten-free. Warm, family hospitality with community connections to make special arrangements for group members. Comfortable for long duration of stay and easy to get in a holiday routine. Rooms and spa were top-notch. We loved the winter ski vacation and can imagine it is equally beautiful for a summer hiking holiday!

I organized a family ski trip for December for 6 people. Anna, was extremely helpful and answered all our questions, even the ones that didn't involve her "gasthof". She gave us tips and help re: ski rental, ski tickets, transportations, g-free food etc.
Unfortunately a few people from our family didn't get the vacation time that was required for that time and we had to cancel the ski trip. Anna again was very understanding and helpful, returned the first installment right away. I really hope that we can visit and spend some time soon in Skirast. Thank you Anna :-)

Super nice gasthof! Clean and wonderful family room. Close to the slopes and nice restaurant. The spa was very nice.
