We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in this lovely B&B-style hotel. Service was kind and personal, breakfast was delicious (they cook eggs by your preference!) and the room we had felt spacious and had modern facilities.

Very modern architecture and nice rooms. Located in a village 15 minutes from downtown Innsbruck fast and easy to arrive to it. Breakfast are fantastic and very elegant. Very friendly and nice staff.

Nice hotel with very helpful crew! I've been there around 5 days and my stay was very pleasant, breakfasts were very taste and I've got room with beautiful view on the mountains. Hotel is very quiet, calm and clean.

We stayed here for the 4th or 5th time as a stopover on a trip to Italy. It's a good, quiet location on the A13, just a few minutes by bus or car from Innsbruck city center. Spacious rooms, some with beautiful views. After a change of ownership, the owner is building a home on the property instead of investing in a hotel. Accordingly, there's construction noise from the morning onward. The entire property is untidy, the green spaces are no longer maintained, and workmen are parked in the guest parking lot. The entrance area is dirty. Rooms are worn and in need of renovation. The hospitality of the previous owners was apparently sold with the hotel. Reception is no longer staffed in the afternoon; the key is in the key safe. The once-great breakfast is now cheap, pre-counted discount items. The coffee was cold, the waiters were infrequent, and they weren't refilling the food either. "We have so few guests, it's not worth it."

Overall a comfortable hotel nearby the bus stop reaching Innsbruck in about 15 minutes. The family room was spacious, the beds confortable as well as the linens. The staff extremely cordial and constantly available for any query. The breakfast not extremely big but complete and pleasant with the addition of eggs made on the spot.

The hotel is retro but very charming, and it was entertaining to think about the impression it made on guests at the time it was built. It's a small facility with just a few rooms, and it wasn't crowded (we stayed in March). The rooms are clean, spacious, beds comfortable, with a very nice view. The breakfast is modest but quite sufficient, and the coffee that comes with breakfast is unexpectedly good. The hotel's location is outside of the city, but very close to the highway and besides for short visits, we believe it's also a good choice for a longer stay, during the ski season.

Highly recommended!!! I cannot rave enough about this place. A hidden gem. Basically it is accessible by car but also by public transportation. We stayed 4 nights here and we received the Welcome Card which grants you free public transportation and some discounts to certain places (1 up and down by Cable Car at Oberperfuss, 20% reduction at Lumagica show in Innsbruck , 10% at Panoramica Ski in Innsbruck and so on!). The place offered free and safe parking spots and an amazing breakfast. And cats :)). The owner is really nice and helpful. we will definitely be back here! The place has elevator and we stayed at 2 nd floor facing an amazing view of the mountains.

A great quiet place stay if your visiting Innsbruck. The hotel is run by a nice lady and has a nice family feel to it and it’s like coming home to someone (the owner lives in the house). We had a family room with a fantastic view looking out over the valley and mountain. The breakfast was nice and contains most of what you need. Close to Innsbruck city as well and you will find a few walking paths nearby.

Very clean and spacious room. Plenty of space to put our luggage. The hotel windows had a beautiful Mountain view. Bathroom was clean and we did enjoy our stay.

Room was ok but nothing special. Wooden furnished, alpin style. Breakfast: great, small but delicious bufett. Really good service.
