There was a unfortunate experience. A disaster...Totally unfriendly staff (at the reception) In fact, it is a lack of common sense. The owner pretends that if the guests are unhappy, they can leave ..... She does nothing in order to please them... This is not a way to run a business...

Good for 24 hr or max 2 nights

Very well kept four star hotel, big room, some of them have private sauna. I enjoyed really helpful staff, nice wellness including swimming pool, sauna, damfbad. Great and abundant breakfast. Dinner were great as well although not everyone from our group was satisfied.The ski room is quite small and a bit smelly. There is not really a place to dry your ski clothes. Of course you can hang them in sauna, but it's not intended to do so. The ski bus stop is right at the hotel entrance and it's one stop from nearest Fleckalmbahn cabine lift.
We have been staying at the Adler since Saturday and we have loved every minute of it. Definitely suggest this hotel to anyone looking to book somewhere. They cater for all needs and they have a wide range of rooms. The food is gourmet quality. We are so happy we booked.
