We stayed here for one night in transit, could have easily stayed more days. Clean roomy rooms with excellent beds. Great schnitzels.

Great location for getting in and out of Austria. Staff was quite friendly. The breakfast buffet was amazing, and accommodations were quite nice. We made a last-minute reservation here (day of) and they took care of us. Note this is just slightly outside Reutte, so you don't get the town noise. It's quite peaceful here!

We stayed here as part of a Lechweg hike, and I thought it was the most charming of the inns we stayed at. It has a long history, and all the rooms had a story to tell. It was very comfortable, and the staff was friendly and efficient.

I searched for hotels near the German town of Füssen on TripAdvisor. The platform showed me hotels nearby. While the location was a bit far, I figured it was accessible by car, so I booked it immediately. After confirming my booking, I used my phone's GPS to locate the hotel, only to discover it was located on Austrian territory. To my dismay, TripAdvisor hadn't even mentioned that the town I'd searched for was located on Austrian territory. P.S. The Austrian government doesn't recognize ********* driver's licenses, so driving to the hotel was impossible. After discovering the issue, I asked TripAdvisor if they would process a refund. They replied that they would discuss the matter with the hotel, and ultimately, no refund would be issued. I happily accepted the offer, as I had made the booking myself, but I'm concerned that the information the platform provided me was incorrect. Should they also be held responsible? For example, if I had used the booking platform, they would have provided the hotel's location. Ultimately, I decided not to stay. However, I do have the right to leave a negative review.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety. Room was very clean and functional.
