It's a great place to stay for a ski trip. The rooms are really clean, the breakfast offers a lot of choices, the coffee is strong and good! The owners are friendly and very helpful. Indeed, in the hallways it smells like cigarettes but it's not so strong or disturbing ( and we are a non-smoking couple).

Stayed in this place numerous of times. Wonderful location in the middle of zillertal but most importantly you find the most lovely peole here. Birgit and fam thank you from the bottom of our hearts for you kindness, smiles and hospitality. See you anytime we pass by again:)

Perfect location - just a 2min walk from the train station which connects you with Mayrhofen, Zillertal Arena, Kaltenbach, etc. plus it's easy to go to Innsbruck for a day.
Slept very well - mattresses are comfy, it's quiet. Breakfast was better than expected with more choices and fresh fruit than I have seen in other places. 5 types of cereals, a good selection of cold cuts with excellent ham, cheese, and a good jam selection. Friendly manager who tries to make your stay as best as possible.
Digital Nomad friendly - Internet worked quite well most times.
Not a good choice for non-smokers - while the rooms don't smell much, the owners smoke in the house / breakfast area.

Its a great value for money! A good breakfast for a nice start of the day and a perfect location just near the station (only 3 minutes walk or even less). I really recommend it! The rooms are not very luxery but the Austrian gemütlichkeit makes it no problem at all! Nice service and a smile every day :)

Good value for money. Breakfast is included and very good, though only served from 8 to 9 (maybe a little late for some of us). Rooms are basic, but considering the price just good. Location of the house is suberb, just 2 mins of the station and, maybe more importantly, the skibus. Hostess is very kind as well. Had a great time and are considering coming back in the future.
