The room as well as the bathroom were quite spacious.
But otherwise, the City Hotel doesn't Iive up to its 4 stars There is a mini fridge in the room that didn't work. The rooms - although thoroughly cleaned - don't correspond with four stars standards. The breakfast service was very slow. Food items were only refilled once they ran out. The tables weren't cleaned.
There is no safe luggage storage. The baggage has to be left in the open space next to the reception area, I don't consider that safe at all.
Beyond that, we were met with a very unfriendly welcome. Instead of greeting us, the receptionist told us we can't get our room yet. We've arrived early in the morning to get the most out of our sightseeing day and didn't actually expect to be accommodated right away.
Airco does nothing, every customer is complaining.
Temperature in the room is so hot it is almost impossible to sleep. And what else would you want to do in a hotel?
