Very nice hotel. Relatives spent their vacation here. My wife also went for a massage. Everything was great. Ski resort nearby. Sunshine again today ☀️ and excellent slopes.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was also very good. The only downside was that the indoor pool was very cold – far from 28 degrees. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

A very good, quiet hotel with all amenities and a great SPA area. In the morning there is a very tasty breakfast buffet, dinner is a great pleasure, vegetarian food is also offered. Location very good, mountain railways, town center, bus stop and other restaurants can be easily reached on foot. I enjoy going to the hotel at any time of the year.

They have 3 buildings with apartments. Ours was the only one for tourists in a building normally foreseen for the hotel staff. This means that the facilities aren't foreseen for ski equipment. It also causes conflicts with the staff who live on a different time schedule. I.e. we were told not to enter with our equipment in the afternoon as it makes too much noise. But there was no other place besides a bench outside in the freezing cold to do this. The other buildings don't have this issue but you don't know in which one you'll end up before you arrive and you pay the same rate as for the other ones... In this building you'll feel out of place as a tourist.

We are very disappointed! We already booked the Hotel Felbermayer in January 2020 for our 2020/21 ski holiday at the price of 144.00 EUR p.p / per night. Due to the corona pandemic, we had to rebook our vacation for the next year, we were confirmed by e-mail that the rebooking was at the same price. After we hadn't heard anything for months, we received a new booking confirmation on October 4th with a price of 180.00 EUR p.p / per night and New Year's Eve for the price 265.00 EUR p.p / per night. After consulting the hotel, we were informed that the prices had risen compared to the previous year. The hotel is sticking to the price and is only offering a discount of EUR 10.00 p. P. / per night.
We were never informed of a price increase. We were only informed of the new prices three months before arrival. The vacation was then canceled by us. We are very sad how the process went and that we are only met with a EUR 10.00 discount, we find it even more disappointing. Finding an alternative is now almost impossible.

I was allowed to enjoy a seminar in the hotel for 1 week. A generous room was made available to us. The breakfast was very extensive and very fresh. Lunch and dinner were very varied and extremely delicious. The spa area was a bit too small for my needs, but not bad. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I thank you for the good work
