This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The paraffin was spoiled, and the Naftalan baths were managed so poorly that they were always delayed and carried out without any respect for hygiene or sanitary rules. The rooms smelled terrible, were not cleaned properly, and felt completely neglected. On top of that, the staff’s behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional. This place does not meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. I would never recommend it to anyone.

Doctors are very knowledgeable there, treatment wad good, food was fresh, but ...stay away from taxi drivers working in that hotel. Most of the guests used drivers from other hotels. There was a reason for it. Keep it in mind.

It might be very good hospital which I don’t know. I went there for oil bath experience and massage. Both were very bad, oil was not hot and tub was not comfortable at all, very high chance to slip and get injured.

An excellent SPA hotel in Naftalan. We had a nice, comfortable and large family room with the view of the Hotel Park. The food (full board) was perfect, big choice of buffet food and drinks. The SPA on -2 floor is convenient and offers a pool and saunas. Kids also liked the outdoor pool.
Of course the main reason to come is to enjoy the Naftalan bath. This offered in the medical floor -1 and is very well organized. The bath is pleasant and interesting.
We booked our stay directly on the hotel site and had a package with full board, Spa and Naftalan bath and Parafin. We enjoyed all this very much and would be happy to come back.

Everything just seemed to work together. The room rate includes all meals which is nice. The town of Naflatan is small, charming, with an amazing amount of kids running around having fun. Thoroughly enjoyable. Another interesting fact is it's about a 30 minute drive to the "liberated territories".
