Chinar Health Hotel Naftalan in Naftalan

I've stayed at the Chinar Hotel more than 10 times, and I've never had any desire to change for another one in Naftalan. In my opinion, nowhere else has such spacious marble halls and a reception area staffed by friendly young people who will check you into your room in 5-10 minutes and help with any questions. I'm grateful for the organization and efficient work of the medical staff: the professionalism of the attending physician, the attentiveness and friendliness of the nurses, the young woman at the medical reception desk, thanks to whom there's practically no line, and many, many others. Everything is spotlessly clean, and as they say, "it's all in the details" – fresh flowers on the countertops in the restrooms. The restaurant staff gets 5 stars; everything is well-maintained and delicious. The grounds are well-maintained and landscaped, with a pine park and a walking path. Last year, many of the trees died for some reason, which was very disappointing, but it was so nice to see young saplings in their place now. Thank you again for the treatment, relaxation, comfort, and coziness.

I really enjoyed the Chinar sanatorium; everything was as advertised. The rooms and offices were clean, and the medical staff was professional, efficient, and caring. I'll definitely return to Chinar next year.

The service and staff are great. The employees are very friendly and helpful. They support everything. There are many food options, this is the hotel with the best menu in the area. The rooms and cleanliness are also excellent. The only thing I don't like is that there is very little social activity for the 20-40 age group.

We stayed at Chinar Hotel & SPA Naftalan in October 2024. This is not our first visit. We were satisfied again. As usually, we felt the constant, vigilant work of the management, doctors and medical staff, who provided an examination even on Sunday! The cleanliness is perfect, with great respect for the guests. Very friendly, welcoming, family-like warm attitude towards guests, every member of staff is always ready to help, provides information - from managers during booking to receptionists and other staff. Beautifully landscaped area, renovated building, amazingly varied, tasty, healthy and clean cuisine, friendly and efficient waiters, music. And of course, the main function of this institution is treatment. Here the staff really performs the function of transferring treatment services to guests - there is almost everything: naphthalan, dorsanvalization, ultrasound, wave therapy, laser and amplipulse, magnetotherapy here. Despite the large number of guests, the process is set up in such a way that you practically don’t have to wait for the procedure, and you move from one physiotherapy to another with the necessary medical break. Naphthalan bath services are a special topic. You are practically immersed in well-heated naphthalan, the time is measured, and at the end you are not even need to clean your skin yourself - here the staff scrapes off the remains of naphthalan, carefully but gently wipes you with soft paper towels and soaps your body several times with a new washcloth until the skin becomes absolutely clean. Special note about the water in Naphthalan. This is a special topic. You can drink this water straight from the tap. But what attracts you most is that your hair instantly becomes silky and shiny, the skin of your face and body becomes smooth and baby-like. But the first effect of staying in CHINAR Hotel&SPA is neck, back and jointment treatment. Some people come to Naftalan to treat neurological complications. I give it 5 stars!

What a wonderful property to stay. My wife and I stayed here for the second time for pain treatments for our back, knees, upper and lower legs. Here you will be treated well by all specialists. The employee is very nice to the visitors. Especially the reception staff (Ramil and Tapdiq) and from the oil bath Eldeniz and Elmira. Aynura, Revane, Aysel and Nazila from the hotel's electrical department were very nice and knowledgeable. Thanks for you hospitality, especially mister Madad Gasimov.
