Gold&SPA Naftalan in Naftalan

The 495 manat deposit was officially seized from us. My sister and I had 3 days left, and they said we could come whenever we wanted until the end of 2026 as a deposit. I called today and they said the deposit was cancelled on January 1st. They told me to work and pay for the remaining days. The money for the 3 days' deposit was also lost, which wasn't my fault at all; the staff forgot the deposit. They blamed the customer for that too. At the very least, they could have taken 35% interest and refunded the rest of the money, but they didn't. Anyone wanting to go to Gold Naftalan should think twice.

I am here now. Come and smell the dignity? !!! What kind of sewerage system have you installed, the new sanatorium ... despised to the point of impossibility. The restaurant, too, preferably the best, in comparison with others where I visited ... What is most pleasant here is the staff. Everywhere with a smile and ready to answer all questions. I wanted to try something new, but the return to the Chinar hotel, obviously, in the next years.

Just awful hotel! Service is just "0". You come to the procedures in due time and you have to wait for 30-40 minutes, then they say that your time has already passed, come back in the afternoon ...
The cleaning in the rooms is also terrible, then they will forget to put the shampoo for 2-3 days, then they take personal belongings when you start arguing with them, only then they say that they thought it was things from the kitchen ...
Food in general is a separate conversation, nothing is normal, everything that has not been eaten for lunch is mixed with another dish, heated and served like new, it tastes like everything is missing, everything is either tasteless or seasoned with vinegar!
Of all the staff, only two masseurs (Tural and Akif) do their job well and competently and the girl from the reception on the -1 floor (Gülanə). The rest leave much to be desired!
The worst decision was to come to Gold Naftalan!
