We stayed here for 3 nights, the room had soap, shampoo, a fridge, a kettle, slippers, a safe, the heating worked, everything went well

I had a good stay overall. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Only real downside was the room size: felt cramped, especially the bathroom. The sink was comically tiny, like washing your hands in a cereal bowl.

The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond. The rooms were also very clean and the food was delicious. You must try the Ganja roast!

Nothing works, they accepted us at 10 pm without warning that they would evict us in the morning, they called all day and spoiled the mood.

The reviews about fraud are real! They also asked me to cancel on booking.com and they ripped me off by giving me a different room and I had to fight with them about the booking the next morning. The room was horrible, AC not working, very noisy and the staff are extremely rude except one person who helped resolve the issue when we were fighting.

Average experience, in general I think many points, including cleanliness could be improved. Bathroom smells like a wet, damp warehouse, I saw even one cockroach running near the bathroom door while packing up to check out. Shower drain is not draining properly and water tap is either getting hot very slowly or too much. Beds were also uncomfortable and small for average adult to sleep. Price to value ratio is poor. Points to only quite neighbourhood, nice attitude of people and other amenities in the room such as fridge, air conditioner and tea/kettle.

We stayed in this hotel 3 nights. They don’t speak English even they say they do… (specially not night receptionist) At first look all is great. Would not book 4 separate beds any more but ok. (Kids from 4 years old are considered adult..) It is very clean. Toothbrush toothpaste and small shampoo bags are given. Handtowels as well. Shower is extremely hot! For 1 night great stay. More I would consider again. No cleaning during your stay. No new handtowels, toiletpaper or shampoo. Bathroom is very hot and smells no good ventilation after going to toilet. We had a cricket in the room.. could not get it out. No help from staff. When neighbor guest had a shower terrible noise in our room. There is a mini fridge but makes a lot of noise! When you want to go to the pool, be aware women only in the morning men in the evening.. kids till 8 years can go with 1 of parents but you need to pay per person… Not really nice if you are with your family… and one needs to stay in the room. This should not be charged for hotelguest only wellness treatments.. specially because you are not allowed together… and there are a lot of rules… Bed are good but for Europeans too small in length (husband is 1,85m could not lay straight)

Had a great stay at this hotel. It is recently built and is brand new. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. It has nice amenities that make it feel like a 5 star hotel, including the sauna, pool and massage services. The pillows, duvet and shower are of high standard and the hotel is luxurious. The owners and staff are genuinely kind and work very hard to make you feel comfortable and happy.
