As we stayed for two days and the hotel smells very bad, There is no proper exhaust in the room and poor facilities even we couldn’t find a power socket to charge our mobile. Only one power socket was available. And no refreshment was provided and the towels and bed smells very bad. And microwave fridge was rusty. Please consider before booking.

Don't expect the usual luxuries found in other hotels. The main draw of this hotel is its convenient location, situated near to many city restaurants and nightclubs. It's advisable to avoid ordering food from the hotel, as the front desk staff will likely recommend more expensive Bangladeshi options that don't match the food quality. The reception team, particularly Vikram, is highly accommodating and helpful.

The rooms are excellent however the staff is pathetic. No cleanness maintained, they don’t bother to serve you even after multiple request!

Location is plus side. Have a mall and plenty of restaurants nearby.
Downside is cleanliness. Bed linens have hair ( big no ). Service is reasonable which is done after 3 days ( downside ). Pool is good and okay.
Internet is good.
They need to focus more on cleanliness otherwise I can give more ratings. Staff is polite and helpful ( thumbs up )

The pizza was nice

Ordered through Talabat, pizza was good but delivery took almost two hours. The delivery time, according to them, is 40-45 minutes. Considering the restaurant is literally only a half a mile from me, this is completely unacceptable.
