Everything was good regarding the hotel. Location is good for shopping. Reception staff were helpful. But I do not expect this kind of behavior from the egyptian duty manager who had followed me to the pool and asked my room key card. It is not a good idea to approach the guest like that.

The location is good, with convenient public transportation. The hotel is rather old, the facilities are outdated, but the cleanliness is acceptable. The bar downstairs is very noisy, probably going on until 2 or 3 AM, and the soundproofing is very poor.

It's close to the bus terminal and the market, so it's great for sightseeing. The night view is beautiful. However, the bar next door is quite noisy at night.

Nice near to city centre. Such as Bab-Al Bahrain, Mana souq , Hajis cafe & many more. Mr Shoaid is nice person, he arranged every thing which i want during my stay.

Location wise it's excellent. Lot of shops at walking distance. Good hospitality and housekeeping too.
Mr.Vinayak, Reception staff was very humble, prompt and efficient in his work.

The hotel is in the middle city easily accessible to markets and restaurants. Room was big and view beautiful at the night. All staff were good especially who check me in, the reception manager and the Nepali receptionist, both were very kind enough to make my 2 days stay comfortable and safe.

The rooms were spacious with a nice city view, and ample parking is available with security on-site. There was some noise at night, but it's manageable if you stay up late. The staff, especially Eunice and Taashi Ray at the reception, were very kind and professional. I'll definitely be back!

Room: Large and spacious, but the window was a bit small.
Cleanliness: The bed linens were unclean, and the bathroom had a strange odor.
Service: The staff were very nice and friendly.
Environment: Although relatively close to the beach, the surroundings are not very nice.
