Ibis Seef Hotel in Manama

I recently completed a long stay at IBS, and I truly feel the housekeeping team deserves special appreciation for their outstanding service specially from Mr Dilawar, Farooq and Bilal. From the very first day, they showed an impressive level of professionalism, kindness, and consistency. Every morning, they made sure my room was perfectly cleaned, the bed neatly arranged, and all essentials thoughtfully restocked. What I appreciated most was their attention to small details—nothing was ever overlooked. The room always smelled fresh, the towels were perfectly folded, and even my personal space was respected with great care.

Their behavior throughout my stay was warm and courteous; they were always smiling and willing to assist with any request, no matter how small. Even during busy hours, they never rushed the work and maintained a high standard of cleanliness. This level of dedication made my long stay extremely comfortable and stress-free.

I genuinely thank the entire housekeeping team for their hard work, positive attitude, and the comfort they provided day after day. Their service is truly a big part of what made my stay memorable, and I deeply appreciate the effort they put in every single day.

Dilawar he’s good person and I’m very satisfied for the housekeeping team. I’m staying here last four days and my room is very clean and everything is very perfect. I’m very satisfied. I never see other Hotel like this one in the housekeeping team doing very well job and I will stay more six days that I’m very happy with the housekeeping.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and well-furnished, though some noise from the hallway could be heard at times. Cleanliness was generally good, but a few small areas could be improved.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would especially like to mention Dilawar, who was extremely kind and supportive and helped me a lot during my stay. His positive attitude made a big difference.

I have been staying here for almost two years, and during this entire time my experience has been very comfortable and positive. The housekeeping team does an excellent job every day. My room is cleaned daily with great care, and the linen and towels are changed regularly, which really shows their professionalism and attention to hygiene.
The housekeeping staff is always polite, cooperative, and hardworking. Their service quality is consistently very high, and they make sure everything is well maintained. Because of their dedication, I truly feel at home here.
I would especially like to mention Dilawar. He is a very hardworking and sincere person. He has helped me a lot during my stay and is always ready to assist with a positive attitude and a smile. His effort and commitment really make a difference, and I am very thankful to him for all his support.
Overall, I sincerely appreciate the entire housekeeping team for their outstanding service and dedication. I highly recommend this place because of the excellent staff and the high standard of cleanliness and care.

I had an excellent experience

The room is decent and acceptable overall.
However, there is a noticeable smell in the carpet, and the towels are in very poor condition and need improvement.

The reception experience was very good, especially Hisham from Egypt who works the night shift. He is polite, helpful, fast, and always smiling, which made the stay more pleasant.

We stayed here for the 3rd Asian Youth Games. We booked a room with breakfast, and it was awesome. Room is made everyday, in general, excellent service. Though we have not tried it, they have a gym with a small pool. They also have a massage and spa on site. It would be nice if they have a shuttle that operated to/from airport though uber service is easy to use.
