Park Regis Lotus Hotel in Manama

This is my second time staying here, and I came back again because I thought that within a week things would have changed, but they did not. This is not acceptable for a star-rated hotel. I am still disappointed.
The sound is too loud and can be heard inside my room and in the hallway. There is also a bad smell, like eggs and other things.
In my room, many items were missing, such as bottled water, shampoo, and other amenities. Room service was late and may have forgotten my request. If I had not followed up after 25 minutes, nothing would have been done.
At the restaurant, I ordered only tea, but it still took a long time. I informed one staff member wearing a coat, but he passed the message to another staff member who was busy. This has happened before, so my tea took a long time to arrive. Communication was difficult because the staff did not understand well.
During my first breakfast, I saw only two staff members. The man wearing a coat did not help a guest who appeared to be ill. Another guest was asking for food by raising his hand, but instead of helping, the staff member left. Only one lady wearing a coat helped and served the guests until they were satisfied.
Other staff members showed poor communication and not using proper hygiene. Overall, this experience does not meet the standards of a star hotel, and I am very disappointed. I'm hoping soon will be change.
