Excellent hotel. The price includes breakfast and access to the aqua zone. The buffet is very rich in choice. The room is spacious. Service is top notch. The aqua zone includes a sauna and a hammam, a jacuzzi and a large 22-meter pool. All of this is well worth the cost.

The room is fine. Nice and clean, except bathroom. And also they forget to wash the dishes cleanly in their restaurant. You can see lipstick on some cups in the middle on my picture.

We were here for a seminar. Spacious rooms, friendly staff. I liked the place very much.

Visited in the evening and only in the lobby. It is necessary to maintain the COVID-19 safety regime: mask, distance. The lobby has a bar, security service, administration. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed, before entering the hotel you can drop in and leave the car for a short time of 5-10 minutes.

Very dirty everywhere. Spots, hair. Equipment doesn’t work properly tap and shower. I wonder but there is no fridge in the room which is extremely rare for 4 stars hotel.

A hotel with a Soviet heritage. Grocery stores are within walking distance, cultural sites are 15 minutes away by metro or bus. Fortunately, they are very close - this is an undoubted plus! The room is clean, smells nice, has a modern TV, a small refrigerator, an old "tired" electric kettle and there was no hair dryer!!!!

The hotel was good, it was quiet, but close to the road, in the morning it can be noisy. The refrigerator worked, but something dirty flowed onto the food. We lived as a couple for 2 nights, one person did not have enough shampoo and shower gel. Overall, everything was great.

A completely normal hotel in a nice part of Minsk. The breakfast doesn't have a big variety of food but it's ok and the rooms are comfortable enough to sleep but nothing extraordinary. It's near the train station, it's 10min walk from a shopping mall and is right in the middle of a big beautiful park.

Was there for one day. But I really liked the food, the cleanliness of the room, the attitude of the staff. Delicious cuisine. Excellent location relative to the airport.

Not a bad place to spend the night before the flight. The room lacks a kettle. There are all the accessories for the shower, the transfer to the airport is very expensive, a taxi will be 2 times cheaper.

Excellent houses for a large family or a group (there were 5 of us) to while away the time (rest, sleep) while waiting for a night flight from Minsk airport. The house, beds, linen - everything is in good condition. They checked us in and out quickly, we did not use the restaurant.

Location in a forested area. Peace and quiet. Upon check-in, questions arose whether we had done something wrong, or whether the staff was not entirely qualified. The only drawback: I couldn't drink coffee in the morning.

The youngest in the restaurant is the older one, and the food is very cheap! It is very comfortable to spend some time walking in the forest. Next time, book a cabin to experience it.

It would have been fine if not for the young guard-the idiot who followed me down the stairs while I rode the Elevator up to the rooms, so I showed him the documents that I do live there. The room key that I had, it was not enough. Idiot. In CL.time I will stay in another hotel Bobruisk, purely out of principle so that juvenile idiots, the guards do not catch on.

This is a grand dame hotel in the European style. Although the hotel had to be totally rebuilt they kept to the original plan and quality. Great place for a city stay.

Sovjet style hotel, but renovated and clean rooms. During my stay the staff was very friendly. Good breakfast. I would return there if I'll be in Vitebsk again.

It's not the best hotel, but it's ok for this price. Actually it's very cheap. So we didn't mind some uncomfortable things. They have good service in the restaurant. Really, all the waiters are so attentive. And good breakfast options as well.

The hotel was great in general but they confused the type and days of breakfasts we additionally ordered on the sight.

It felt like you didn’t get a lot for the money considering it is Minsk. However the hotel is fine, modern, like a holiday inn type standard and it’s near the metro and some cool cafes and bars on Oktyaberskaya. Breakfast was poor, I didn’t eat there again after the first day!

we travelled with a small dog and paid 20 USD extra to check in all together (that's ok). The dog left 2 pee marks on bed sheets (our fault) so upon checkout we were asked to reimburse the damage (absolute reasonable). BUT, we were asked to pay 30 USD per bed sheet which is absolutely weird. So, eventually we paid almost a full room rate (60 USD) for just 2 damaged bed sheets. Future guests, be cautious...

It's not close to anything but it's actually fine because taxis are very cheap and easy to call in Minsk. The room is normal but the Wi-Fi was quite slow and there was no hot water. Check-in staff told me about the lack of hot water at check-in and said Trip.com should've notified me beforehand.

Rooms are spacious and clean. For some people bed could be an issue. Bathroom is illogically build. There was no hot water in the hotel and no one mentioned it on the booking page. Big disappointment!

Not cheap (they only offer two rooms 4 beds to one person). Good location if you have a car or use taxi. Good breakfast. Horrible mattress. !!!! The hotel was located a 25-35min bus ride from the city centre, which was not bad for my stay. A short walk away from the hotel was a shopping centre with a huge supermarket, restaurant and all facilities that one may need. One of the best hotels in Belarus. European quality. Comfortable bed, modern fixtures. I can't say anything about the level of breakfast, as they were not ordered. Covered parking in the shopping center by agreement with the hotel is not so expensive.

True 5 star luxury experience in Mogilev. High quality mattress with four different types of pillows including a "pillow menu". Big air conditioned room with a big balcony facing the old town. The spa is amazing and was included in my stay. I had a minor issue that management resolved in the most professional way possible. I had an excellent stay and will stay again on my next trip, I won't stay anywhere...

So-so Hotel. We were in the room with the repair, but the repair was terrible. The plumbing is old already, the shower curtain dirty, the Wallpaper was peeling. But it could be worse.

A hotel to choose in Minsk! Amazing stay, especially for this price. Large room, very comfortable bed, comfortable sofas in the room, well-functioning bathroom with bidet and a huge, amazing bathtub. The service was also very polite and helpful in all situations. The only negative I can say is that the wi-fi worked very poorly in the room, me and my wife could only access it from the bathroom.

Lovely hotel. Looks clean and new. Free parking in the city centre. I booked single room and it was with one single bed. I bit surprised… on the room pictures there was one big bed for a single room. There was no fridge (mini bar) in a room. I’ve asked and they brought it. But when I asked a tea spoon in a hotel restaurant they said it’s forbidden to give kitchen stuff to the rooms. It’s funny. I pay...

The only weak point (just for me personally) is too soft mattress. But I do realize it's absolutely subjective opinion.

The hotel is in a very centric location. The accommodation is great, very clean, the breakfast is good and the rooms are very clean and new. but be aware is a party zone where the hotel is. So any where you can distract yourself until 4 am

A hotel from the times of the USSR, with an old creaky parquet floor, a so-so TV and bedside tables, cold corridors, long waits for hot water. The only thing is the double bed is nice and soft! I believe that for 45.00 rubles per day it is better to look for apartments in Baranovichi.

Well, after reading the reviews, understanding all the risks, taking into account the cost of an overnight stay, I decided to stay here for one day in the cheapest room without renovation (40 rubles, now it's about 14 euros). Old fashioned room. No hot water and old tv for entertainment. The door very poor condition. No wifi at the room. Only suitable for sleep. Luckily it located near to the city center.
