We went to L‘Esprit Sain for a cycling weekend and got a room on the first floor of the second house of the hotel. There is a kiosk right next to it. In the night it’s getting loud, because people are meeting there. The breakfast is good but only basic. After the first night there was no cleaning service in our little apartment room.
We took our really clean roadbikes into the room because it was big enough. At the check-out they charged fees for the bicycles in the amount of 40€ for two nights. The reason for that: “They have to clean more.” Sorry, but this is ridiculous. My shoes got more points of contact with the ground than my tires.

Me and my 21 year old son booked a room durig the F1 race at the track near by. The room was nice, simple, clean, and had all we need. Brakfast was tasty, good fresh every morning. Nothing we need was missing The hotel is located at a very good place, close to all we needed. Vincevt and Nadin are good host and helped us with all what we needed. The best thing was the shuttels to and from the race area that Vincent arranged for the hotel gusts. For us al the time was good 👍👍

Nice accomodation in center of city
Very nice accomodation in city center, we had the superior room which is spacious, nice beds and was renovated The breakfast was awesome with home made food, the owner is very friendly and helpful. We could store our bicycles in the private garage ahead of check in time, als we could enter the room earlier. The restaurant of the hotel is also recommemded

Below expectations
Room was clean but very outdated. Also, all noises from the street and other rooms were disturbing. Very limited parking possibilities.

Great restaurant. Very cozy, the staff is friendly and the food is very good!

We stayed here for the 2022 F1 Grand Prix in Spa. Vincent and his crew were wonderful. The room, restaurant and the shuttle service were all top-notch. Vincent knows all the secret/private ways to the track so it only took 10 mins get there and back. Thank you and we will definitely be back.
