Super cool hotel in a very special building. Perfect location.

Nice hotel close to the highway. We stayed there for one night on our way to Paris.

The hotel is very new, with a Tesla charging station, a large parking lot, and next to the highway. It is a good choice for passing by and resting. The room is not big, but it is OK. The dinner in the hotel restaurant tastes good

The room is very design-conscious, with many environmentally friendly elements, in line with the European concept of sustainable development. The surroundings are very quiet, the room is very clean, and it is very close to the business trip location, which is very convenient.

The hotel is very close to Namur city, and less than 1hr ride from Brussels and Dinant. It was a very nice stay

Breakfast was good apart from the lack of eggs. The room was clean and comfortable. Strange there were no tea making facilities, plenty of coffee options but no tea. Dinner was very good if a little pricey. Parking was very easy

Breakfast spread was ok but enjoyed it, seating was comfortable and relaxing. Room was clean and compact. The bed was not as great and I hated the pillows. Staff was friendly and polite. Dinner was delicious and I absolutely enjoyed the photo area and jacuzzi in my room.

Have stayed at this hotel many times since 2017, was in room 211 this time. As always the room was great, large size with a big shower. Now the new railway station is open its a quick walk through to the town centre. Very handy for the flibco bus to charleroi airport, the bus stops right outside

No wi-fi above the SPA The bed comfort was wonderful, best night sleep I’ve had in a hotel for quite some time. The pool was throughly enjoyed by the children as well. The downside was we were situated in two Hotel Rooms located above the SPA/Pool Area and the wi-fi did not work. The signal was very weak and disconnected frequently.

Ok place, great staff It’s an ok place to stay, not great. Has that gym smell but it’s not trying to be anything else. The building and location is beautiful but what really makes a difference here is the staff!

There's no toilet in the room, but there is a shower. Toilets and an additional shower are in the hallway. Everything is clean and tidy, but very basic. No luxury, just perfectly fine! The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is excellent! It's also great that they've already prepared breakfast for the trail runners at night!

Very conveniently located with good view of Bouillon from above. You can always find parking along the streets. Breakfast included and adequate. Well maintained and clean facilities.

It's a really nice place to stay in Bouillion and the view is amazing in the morning. Most important the staff is very helpful.

I stayed here after a tip from a friend and she was right, it is worth it. Everything is clean, there is a big breakfast buffet with fresh and tasty products. I had a good night's sleep and the showers give hot water. And what a view over Bouillon and it's famous castle. WiFi is working well. Very friendly staff, would recommend it.

I’ll start with the good. The rooms were large, comfortable, tastefully decorated and the views across the river through the huge windows were gorgeous. Location is great, just downhill off the Citadel of Namur, which is definitely a place worth to visit.  You can do free street parking just outside of the hotel from 17:00-09:00.  From 9:00 - 17:00 you can also do the free street parking but the max hours is 3hrs.  Overall a great experience to stay here.

Great hotel with clean, modern rooms and a beautiful view over the Meuse River. The service was nice and professional, and overall the stay was very pleasant. The only downside was that the check-out process took quite a long time due to a queue building up in the morning. Aside from that, a very good experience and a hotel I’d recommend.

The night Duty reception staf (15/12/25) shall need training about how to meet arriving guest, how to talk with guest and how to check reservations. He doesnt have any idea about hotel management. Need CRM and training. But for sure he has some problems with people, ıf he doesnt want to make this job, than he should not. Because as guest after long travel, we DO NOT want to see this kind of hotel staff...

Hotel is ok with clean and spacious rooms and spa and swimming pool good. The only bad experience was dinner in the restaurant. Service was appalling - we waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order. No one came so we had to go up to the waiters to ask them to do it. We then waited another half hour for the food to arrive. The whole meal took about two hours. The waiter didn’t speak any English...

Nice rooms and nice staff Nothing around the hotel as regards shops or restaurants so you need to walk or take tram The gym is big and clean. But it needs dumbbells under 12kg. You can only use the free weights if you are a body builder and can lift 50kg!!

The hotel room is very big in Europe. The navigation made a mistake and I parked the car above a nearby supermarket. I accidentally saved a night's parking fee.

Pretty centrally located, only downside we can think of is the fact that we woke up 2 times with a headache because of a dry air/food smell. We assume this came from another room as the room had a small kitchen with everything included. Despite that, good beds, nicely styled and friendly staff.

Very good and clean hotel. The staff are friendly. The lounge downstairs by the reception is cozy! Just a tip: the small bed makes an annoying noise. Otherwise, everything is very good and tidy.

I loved the hotel's comic strip theme; I was lucky enough to get a Gaston Lagaffe room, which was great! There were even comic books to read and buy at reception. The receptionist and bartender working late afternoon and evening on July 21st were very friendly and professional. I enjoyed my short stay.

I arrived on the Thursday evening and was informed right away that there was a gas leak in the city and there will be no hot water for the duration of my stay. I’m aware this is not the hotels fault but as a result they offered no help or solutions to the matter. There was no kettle in the room and I even asked and they said no to a kettle, we got offered no discount off breakfast or anything extra...

Alessio from the reception was incredibly kind and attentive. He noticed how exhausted we were after traveling and generously upgraded our room to a luxury room for free. This small gesture made a big difference. Highly appreciated!

Everything was fine. It's just a shame the TV didn't have any Dutch channels, but French, Italian, and English were available, but not the language of our own country...

The hotel has a good location but no parking, the only parking in front is small and there is no space and the hotel parking lot was under construction so it took 1 hour to find a space! And the most unpleasant thing is the mattress which was too soft we sank into it! Otherwise it was clean and the breakfast was good

I stayed for a meeting one night in this hotel. It is a beautifull historical building with a nice entrance hall, bar and restaurant. The rooms seem recently renovated, are modern and clean. Unfortunately the stuff a the reception was quite unfriendly. I arrived at twelve and was told the room would be available at 2 pm. I came back at 2:15 and was told it would take 30 more minutes. I had to wait...

After walking up to the St Martin Basilika, which was closed, we needed a warm and friendly place to cheer up. We were so pleased with the kind staff at the bar of van der Valk Sélys, that we certainly would love to come back. We recommend

I had a quick stay at the Van Der Valk Sélys Liège for a business trip. The room and bathroom were large and clean with modern furnishings. The bed wasn't very comfortable - the mattress felt hard to me. The room had a mini fridge, but it didn't seem very cold so I would not use it for perishables. The room was very dim for some reason - more lighting would be nice. The hotel staff was very friendly...

Friendly staff but very long wait when checking in because receptionist had to double as a waiter and bartender, there was a large group in the bar area when we arrived

The room was very basic, no iron, no coffee pot, and no blower in the room but Great for the price. I was able to get a cup of coffee downstairs from breakfast for free.

Excellent reception from a very friendly employee. However, the shower room leaves much to be desired. It's impossible to shower without flooding the bathroom! A lovely hotel in a quiet location with peaceful parking. It has direct access to the motorway, allowing you to reach Brussels city center in 15-20 minutes.

A good night rest in Wavre Great hotel to stay for 1 or 2 nights. Matras and pillow are good, the shower has decent pressure. The breakfast is reasonable. Excelent restaurants within 10 minutes drive from the hotel.

Clean, good for a stopover. Breakfast was poor value - definitely not worth 15€ per person. No one checked anyway who had paid so as a family you could just pay for the adults and let the kids eat some of yours. Or avoid altogether and grab something from the huge supermarket 2 mins down the road.

The hotel is located at the border between France and Switzerland, which is suitable for driving to Switzerland to rest and stay overnight. The hotel is very new and very good, with complete facilities, convenient and free parking, and a high overall cost performance. The hotel is not far from a shopping place that is very easy to drive to. There is a large supermarket inside, and the prices inside...

The only ways is walk to hotel… 12-15 mins from Liege St Lambert Station or 10 mins from Liege Carre Station

The hotel was great. Great service, tasty breakfast and a huge, clean room. There were only two things we disliked: The air condition in the room promised a temperature up to 28°C if desired. Unfortunately, the room never felt warmer than maybe 20-21°C even on the highest setting. Parking was a bit complicated as the parking garage in the same building doesn’t belong to this hotel but to the Vandervalk...

Our entire group stayed in this hotel for 2 to 4 nights, and other group members' rooms reported that kettles, showers, glasses, etc. were either broken or damaged. The worst part was, before I left, I asked the hotel if they could help me book a taxi on the day of check-out, because two photographers were leaving at 6am, but the hotel told me that they couldn’t. They only provided a local taxi agency...

The hotel is clean and new. I booked and paid for this hotel through Trip.com, but I can't simply check in because the front desk said they hadn't received payment from Trip.com !

The location was good as it was in the city center and I expected it to be a 4 star hotel, but it was small. It was clean and I was satisfied.

The hotel does not have a parking lot, but you can park in someone else's parking lot on the underground first floor for 20 euros per night. The room is clean and the location is in the city center. It's good to stay for one night.

An excellent 1 night stay for a pit stop on our way to the Netherlands. The bed was super comfy, the room clean and shower good. We didn't have any of the breakfast or interact with many staff. Very quiet too.

My Room number 211 was not cleaed during the daytime. . The cleaning staff knocked on my door at 18.00 and asked if i wanted my toom cleaned. The toilet roll holder was hanging off. The air conditioning control was broken and there was no kettle or coffee making facilities. Thanks Robert Gray

We're regulars here, even after our first time with Trip.com. Our room this time was above the kitchen, so there was a lot of messing around until after 11 p.m. And work started again at 3:45 a.m.

On the mountain, the hotel is very quiet, parking is free, breakfast is good, and the room is okay. I didn't experience it nearby because it rained. The scenery should be pretty good. I'll check it out next time.

It is advertised as having a swimming pool. Upon arrival we heard that it is closed and is being converted into a sports area. Both were now inaccessible, which was a shame. The bathroom was also not very clean and well maintained. Bed comfort was fine. The food in the restaurant was also very good.

This is a very nice and cosy boutique hôtel close the city center, at the bottom of the famous Citadelle. Rooms are very comfortable (decoration style is bold… you like it or not) and the real cherry on the cake is an excellent and affordable restaurant on site. Staff is super friendly and helpful. It was not my first time there and it won’t be the last.

The air conditioning- if there was any- was certainly not working. It was very hot and the room never cooled down. The first thing I check when I travel abroad is to be sure the facility has air conditioning. I feel it was false advertising to say this property had air conditioning. The room was musty.

A fun place to spend a few nights when visiting Namur. The air-conditioning was great in the hot July weather when I visited and my little balcony, which I was not expecting, was a treat. I often travel solo and take Expedia's recommendation of the suitable room for solo travellers. My room had a single bed which had a comfortable mattress but was a bit on the small side for a 6ft2 man!

It's cheap, but a bit old and noise travels easily. However, check-in and check-out are smooth, and the location is excellent, so I recommend it! 🙆

I had booked one twin room but my friend suddenly had canceled the trip so I stayed there alone. The staff were so nice. When I told her that I would stay alone, she offered me a big single room. It was clean and calm. I highly recommend this hotel L
