No hotel can beat this location, it’s super close to all the main sights, right by the Grand Place and Central Station.
My room was surprisingly spacious for the city center, with a great view over the rooftops. It was also very clean.

The room was fine. We had duplex type of room, with our bed upstairs and a big window for fresh air.
We were only very disappointed by the staff at the front desk. 2 of the 3 people we talked to only spoke French, not even English. One of them also barely spoke French, mixed with Spanish. I don't get how this could work for the many tourists in Brussels who don't speak French.
Great location. It was a 6 minute walk from the Central Station so it is very accessible. It is also close to the Grand Place so it is a plus. Very accommodating staff, very friendly. Had a great stay. 10/10 highly recommended!
While the room's facilities aren't new, the service staff were excellent and very attentive. The breakfast was also delicious. I'd recommend it for short stays and it's perfect for family trips. The hotel is conveniently located just a four-minute walk from the station.
The place is in a great location, the staff were nice and friendly, our room was okay, it looked out to a pretty uninspiring concrete area and the hotel cafe, but for a one night stay for a stop over, it was great.
Fantastic location, just a stone's throw from Brussels' Grand Place, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bit simple, and the room was on the smaller side, but otherwise, everything was great!

Being disabled and a last minute decision to go, the room was clean and warm, with fresh towels every day. We asked the cleaning staff to leave the beds as we can throw the duvet on the bed at night, The wall socket was loose, but as we didn’t need to use that socket it wasn’t a problem, There were others sockets available in the room. The hotels is located only 1 km walk from the main town centre...
The parking so small but it's location is perfect and the breakfast as well.
I stayed alone and was there for there late in the evening so thought it was good enough. The breakfast wasn't bad at all with enough variety for someone. Wifi was of good speed. Lack of few amenities may be a small concern.
If you want a not too expensive place to stay in Brussels that's a walking distance to the city centre and the train\coach station, this is the place.
Friendly guys at the reception, clean room and clean environment. Lovely breakfast as well.

Got to check in a bit earlier, the room is 2 ppl max, but overall very clean and nice.
The nicest budget hotel I ever stayed in. 24/7 free hot drinks, microwave and room size is big enough for 2 people. Hotel staff all are so friendly. Very close to the tram station Bailly. Just one note the way reaching to the hotel is quite a hike, so if you hate hassle with luggage, consider take taxi. But we are totally fine and very satisfied with this hotel. Thanks for making our stay very memorable...
The hotel is at a good location, a bit out of the centre but charming neighbourhood with a good mix of independant small establishments and chain coffee stores. There are tram stops and enough rideshare bikes and scooters less than 3 minutes walking, and also a carrefour express and organic supermarket in walking distance. Be aware that the hotel is on a relative steep incline!!

Clean and nice-smelling room. Friendly front desk and luggage storage available. Very close to the station, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. No laundry in the hotel, but there are laundromats close by. Highly recommended for short stays.
Convenient location, very near to Brussels Midi/Zuid. Opted for this as we were just staying for a night in Brussels, and will be leaving via Eurostar the next morning. Great location and only 30minutes walk to the Grand Place/ city centre. Love the complimentary coffee and hot chocolate provided by the hotel.
Very good location for stayover, a bit far from shopping etc. maybe not ideal for a long stay. But good value for money and amnesties that match this value
I heard that the surrounding area wasn't very safe, but I hardly noticed it because the public transportation was right on our doorstep, which made our stay very comfortable. The staff were also very friendly! Highly recommend!!!

Strategic location. It’s within walking distance to Brussels Midi train station, where you can travel almost anywhere at your fingertips. The surrounding area is not as dangerous as many people claim. There’s a free 24-hour coffee machine, which is great for travelers like us.
The only downside is that the lift is quite slow, and there aren’t many eateries nearby, at least for my taste.

Room was fantastic. Big comfy bed, pillows were great. 3 skylights in the room, and the noise was barely getting through when we listening. Tub was big, staff were great.
They need to update that they do have a front desk now, and it's inside the restaurant. But nothing to complain about
Food was fantastic huge portions. Only issue was the double bed being just two singles pushed together but they came apart
The bathroom was small and not separated from bedroom no door . Very noisy had 2 parties during our stay

Cosy, clean and comfortable room, very good breakfast, centrally located but unfortunately very noisy for the restaurant and bars around.
Very spacious there was a heater problem but they immediately gave us a personal heater and it was wonderful!
Location is convenient, but is around the party area so is quite noisy till late, room is big but the shower area is open so is little inconvenient if you are with more than 2 in a room, overall is a good option for a quick visit
