Unfortunately our stay at prestige hotel was not pleasant. The one of the window's curtain was falling down and the balcony I couldn't even open the door because there was a wall right up front of the door. There was a thing that I guessed it could be an extra bathroom half build up which was stinking badly. The parking i payed extra 25 euros was more like a workshop and very narrow to get there (very). sheets was very smelly too. Breakfast was ok. Hotel was in a good location though and the receptionists were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately this was not good enough for me to recommend this hotel or even stay there ever again.

It was the most amazing experience (not) Worst hotel in Bruxelles go here if you want bad service, inexistent safety and tasteless breakfast. Enough is enough. We went here during a school trip from Greece and the hotel had various problems.

Being disabled and a last minute decision to go, the room was clean and warm, with fresh towels every day. We asked the cleaning staff to leave the beds as we can throw the duvet on the bed at night, The wall socket was loose, but as we didn’t need to use that socket it wasn’t a problem, There were others sockets available in the room. The hotels is located only 1 km walk from the main town centre and half a km from the main Nord railway station, being disabled that was a plus point I discovered. Bus services stop outside the hotel and trams are the next road over. You can hire bikes and electric scooters all over the town, a great way to explore the town and sights. Reception Staff were pleasant and helpful, I got on well with one who’d lived in the Uk for 15yrs on a computer course at Essex university. All in all, a clean reasonably priced hotel close to the town centre

I stayed alone and was there for there late in the evening so thought it was good enough. The breakfast wasn't bad at all with enough variety for someone. Wifi was of good speed. Lack of few amenities may be a small concern.

The parking so small but it's location is perfect and the breakfast as well.

Pretty basic room and breakfast. That was okay. But the shower was dirty. And the area feels uncomfortable.

worst experience ever and I would never ever recommend anyone to stay in that Facility. Forgot my Jacket in one of their room left the hotel around 11:00 in the morning. and called around back 16H00 about it and the guy said I should come collect or send someone to get it the following day at 12h. and now their don't wanna give me back my Coat. they are just thieves and moreover the room smells bad.

If you want a not too expensive place to stay in Brussels that's a walking distance to the city centre and the train\coach station, this is the place.
Friendly guys at the reception, clean room and clean environment. Lovely breakfast as well.
