Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast area is well decorated, and I enjoyed sitting there and having a coffee. They have a pool table by the bar that my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed. They didn't have anymore parking available but I was able to find parking on the street.

One of the best Ibis properties I have stayed at, location is extremely convenient with the bus stop being just opposite to the hotel. Room was decent sized and clean. I didn’t eat at their restaurant so cannot comment about the food. Definitely recommended for all travellers!

The main person that dealt with us was called Eve and she was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The location of the property was excellent for the train station and the main square, which both was only a few minutes walk away.

Ok place to stay. At least 20 minutes walking from Grand Place. Not very cosy neighbourhood. A little bit noisy from traffic. I really missed carpets on the floor. The grey concrete floor seemed cold and like a cellar floor. There could also have been more lamps/lights. The breakfast was cheap, but only plain croissants and coffee. That's all.

The shower is not inside the bathroom, it´s inside the bedroom, next to your front door. This does not offer privacy if you are sharing with another person. This also causes a mould problem. For the price, I was expecting much better. The service is efficient, you use a code to get into the building and another code to get into your room. The rooms are beautiful, the bathroom and shower are excellent, the place has been recently renovated and the bed is very comfortable. However Les Ecrins is not a hotel and doesn't offer any service like a hotel would do. Thet didn't even reply a mail and the communication is automated. It depends what you are looking for but I feel that their website is slightly misleading.
