Ok I’ll be real in regard to my thoughts. Now I know how Ann Frank felt. The room was a little bigger than a closet. BUT you get what you pay for let’s leave it at that. I wasn’t expecting more. Bed was comfy. But the staff was as friendly. The stairs were a killer. I honestly made the best of it and it was so bad that it was fun. At night me and my friends would laugh about it on face tine. Until I sides hurt, but I wouldn’t have changed a thing, don’t expect much but do expect a fun story. It was close to everything. I wasn’t expecting a solo girl wouldn’t have mind if someone helped with the 200 stairs tho.

We had a lovely stay at Sleep & Go expo.

The room is very clean and cute, even the bathroom is really fine.

The location is quite alright as well, didn’t take too long to travel to the city centre.

However, the online check in system is rather confusing- it still requires payment even if I had successfully paid and received the confirmation.

And late check in could cause some issues - we arrived around 10 pm and thankfully checked in fine with self check in instructions. But we met some other customer who were completely confused and didn’t manage to get their keys until we were there and opened the box.

And the bed sheet has a very small yellow stain - but to be fair except that, the overall cleanness is pleasant.

Will definitely come back again.

Perfectly fine. The shower isn't great. But a comfortable bed, fridge, and hairdryer. Perfect for sleep and go!

The isolation is terrible. You can always hear the noice or mobile phone talk or even water drainage any time. The room is quite nice and is spacious. The staffs always give yiu smile face.

The place is rather rundown. No airco, always hot in the room. Amenities are very basic and some unsafe… like the high walled bathtub , loose glass partitioner, too low handlebar for stepping/crawling into the shower which is in that same bathtub. Poor bedding matras and you have to sleep in same bedding 7 sweaty nights..
Positive are the receptionists that have to staff this place and the great breakfast they provide.
All in all too expensive hotel.
Will not stay again.

Bathroom could have been cleaner, but extremely friendly staff and spacious rooms. good budget stay!

The hotel was very comfortable and rooms were large and furnished. The breakfast room Is very nice and breakfast was good (pain au chocolat in particular!)
The hotel is very convenient if you have to go in Brussels Expo. You can easily arrive with a 10 Min walk. Transports to anywhere else in the city though are not very near.

Good location that's all room dirty with bed bugs no coffee making in the room no breakfast available I know it was cheap but you do expect the basics
