I reserved my room with a Revolut so it took the room night amount. On my arrival they wanted the rate again making the cost double what I had paid. They said the initial amount with be credited back to my account on checkout. Not acceptable at all. Then I had to pay an additional 50 euro deposit on top of that.
Mirror in bathroom was cracked and broken. Some of the furniture was shabby as was the carpet. I will never stay here again or recommend it. The only thing good was the breakfast and even at that the staff were rude. Pity I really wanted to like it and have somewhere I could stay each time I come back. Maybe have some respect for your customers.

We arrived in the morning after a long flight and the hotel kindly offered to let us check in early!

The elevator was out of service but they carried our bags down from our room at check out

Our room was very spacious, clean and well appointed. The balcony and mini bar were also very nice to have. The cleaning staff did an excellent job each day servicing our room and restocked coffee and water each day. Currently there is a lot of construction going on in front of the hotel so you'll definitely need to get up and moving earlier in the morning to avoid the noise. Very close to Bruxelles Centraal Station and the Grand Place area.

The property is very well situated, close to the Grand Place, a beautiful cathedral, and a train station. Our room had a small balcony with a table and chairs, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was very good, although it could get busy, resulting in some waiting times for service or food items. Obviously a popular destination!

Really clean room with a really comfy bed! Very happy we stayed here during our trip. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Extremely colder to the central rail station and the old town part of Brussels.

Hotel is conveniently located very close to central station, were you can get subway and trains to multiple destinations. Staff was helpful. Room was comfortable, loved that out had a small balcony. There was a lot of construction work nearby so that complicated a bit the walking near the hotel.

The hotel is very close to the station, about five minutes' walk away. There is a subway entrance next to the hotel. The location is excellent, the room is clean and tidy, and the service staff is friendly!
