Worst stay of my life. Three different rooms—every single one filthy. Hair on the beds, dirty bathroom, crumbs everywhere. Completely unacceptable. I asked for a refund and was refused with a weak excuse because it was Sunday. I felt trapped and forced to stay just to avoid losing my money. Barely slept. No response from management the next day. No apology, no accountability—just total indifference. Disgusting, unprofessional, and disrespectful. They simply do not care. Avoid this place at all costs.

One of the workers agreed to give us 5 hours late check out for €50. We tried paying on card but he tried to take us for a fool by saying its not working and he wanted cash , however we relaised a button for currency conversion needed pressing on the card machine to work, we paid this and given a recepeit, the morning staff called us at 12 woken up me and my pregant wife and told us to leave and said that they did not do late check out , we have been forced to leave and no money refunded

Easy check-in, safe parking and welcoming staff. The way to get out was blocked by the laundry van so we had to wait - reception said a few mins, we went back to ask after 10+ mins and asked if the van can be moved and they said no just wait until they go. Very inconvenient and frustrating being stuck with no consideration for guests

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The rooms are extremely small, the price is very high compared to other hotels, and the staff showed no cooperation. I asked to cancel part of my stay because the hotel was far below expectations, but they completely refused. I will definitely not book this hotel again.

Perfect location next to the auto route, the stadium, Atomium and 2 metro stations. Rooms are great for a few nights stay. Breakfast choice is not huge but what there is, is good. Staff were great. Bars and restaurants & suoper market nearby.

HORRIBLE HOTEL!!! Too high price for the quality they offer. The rooms are very noisy, you hear everything from the room nextdoor and there were shouting people in the hallway. Because of all the noise, we left the hotel already in the evening, because we knew we would not be able to sleep. We had to book another hotel to spend the night in silence. There was no response to our request for help or refund. Rooms are very small, hardly any place to pass each other. The hotel has outdated interior and not well maintained. Not a 3-star hotel worth.

Hotel was basic and fine for a few days while visiting Brussels. For the price you get what you pay for. Internet kicks you out but you just log back in and the speed and connection was good.
