A great experience, the room was spacious enough and the hotel was roomy!

The location is convenient; it's about a 5-minute walk to the Manneken Pis and an 8-minute walk to the Grand Place in the city center. We walked to Midi station to catch the Eurostar, and it took less than 20 minutes.

The neighborhood felt safe; this street seemed to be an Arab residential area with many kebab shops.

There's a very interesting shop next to the hotel – if you know, you know. Worth checking out, hahaha.

The room was very clean and quiet, quite spacious, and even had a balcony, which made for a very comfortable stay. It's about a 10-minute walk from the central station, and major attractions like the Grand Place and Manneken Pis are all within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient. It truly offers a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. The service was excellent; I arrived at 10 AM and was able to check in early, which was a big plus! The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the breakfast – it was a bit limited and surprisingly, there was no fruit.

Overall acceptable, but the check-in experience was disappointing as we were initially given a room that was already occupied. The issue was later resolved with a room change.

We departed from London to Belgium via Eurostar. It was about 20 minutes walking distance from Eurostar Station to Bedford Hotel. Further, lot of eateries restaurants and cafe, carrefour and Grand Place all within walking distance of 10 minutes. We joined 2 day tours to Ghent & Brugge and Luxembourg. The meeting point is about 18 minutes walks. Overall the hotel is very convenient and staff are very welcome and friendly. Will stay again should we have come to Belgium again as this hotel was higher recommended by my daughter who stayed here with friends before. We stayed here for 4 nights before departing to Amsterdam.

Hye guys! Malaysian review here 🇲🇾
I stayed at Bedford Hotel Brussels for 4 days 3 nights with my family and honestly we’re super satisfied.

Location very strategic, dekat city centre betul-betul. Cuma masa mula-mula sampai tu agak jauh sikit nak jalan kaki dari bahnhof ke hotel sebab waktu tu kami belum beli public transport ticket lagi. Tapi once dah ada ticket, tram & bus memang dekat dengan hotel and terus boleh go around the area, so memang senang nak go anywhere.

Area around the hotel pun easy to find halal-friendly food, memang banyak actually, so jangan risau, just cari memang ada yang halal certified 👍

Room quite spacious, clean and comfortable for family stay.

Service pun tip top, honestly nothing to complain. I asked for extra blanket pun mereka cepat hantar terus ke bilik hihi 🤍

Overall memang recommended kalau datang Brussels with family ✨

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, clean, and very reasonably priced for Belgium.
I stayed in a single room and expected it to be small, but it was surprisingly spacious, with a kettle and a private bathroom.
The breakfast was delicious and very affordable compared to other hotels.
I’m truly grateful to the staff and owners for their kindness and excellent service!

Great location near the city center, most attractions are within walking distance. The facilities are good, and the bed was comfortable. They even let us check in early, excellent service!

What can I say, this hotel is HORRENDOUS. Do NOT bother booking and wasting your money, just book yourselves into ANY of the surrounding hotels which are cheaper and better quality. For starters, there is no central heating! No radiators! Only an A/C which you can turn to “heat” and even then; it only goes up to 23 degrees Celsius. Even if it’s -3 degrees outside, good luck, they won’t bother changing the heat. I complained so many times and was told to just “layer up” and wear more sweaters to sleep, so I was forced to sleep shivering. Concierge was new so she giggled with her colleague, going to and from me and him to convey his messages, “im new so I don’t even know what to tell you, no more rooms. Sorry.” Then proceeded to giggle in my face as he told her tell me to suck it up and just deal with it.

Next up, the entire room is dark and dim! For the whole room, there are two lamps! No central lighting, just two lamps on either side of the room, and no natural lighting as my view was blocked off by another building!…

lastly, there was a rat trap under my bed :) imagine how surprised I was when I moved the bed to see if I dropped anything down the sides, seeing a rat trap/poison box. No amount of pleading with the hotel will do anything. Even trip.com customer service agreed I went through an ordeal. Do NOT book this.
