This beautiful hotel just reminds you of something that only exist in fairytales. My partner and I went to Bruges for the first time and were kindly greeted by the lovely staff. They were always helpful and very professional with every inquiry we asked.

It really felt like a home away from home. The beds were comfy and the amenities were plenty. We can't wait to come back here again and experience the warm hospitality that Hotel Ter Brughe offered.

We are surprised that this is a 4 star Hotel, since it felt more like a 5. Thank you again Hotel Ter Brughe. You guys are amazing!

Great place with cozy stylish rooms with a delightful hint of old times
Great friendly staff and very diverse breakfast. Everything was delicious and very atmospheric.
Location is also amazing as it’s close to the downtown but not surrounded by tourists
I was happy like a kid to have a goodbye present as cookies and real good chocolate by the reception area
It was one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in :)

I had a wonderful stay!

The hotel is absolutely charming, with beautiful historic character and a peaceful canal-side setting that really captures the essence of Bruges. Waking up to the canal views was a highlight and made the stay feel extra special.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and full of character, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. It’s perfectly located for exploring the city on foot while still feeling calm and relaxing.

A special mention must go to **Ella**, who was truly amazing. She went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable, was incredibly friendly and helpful, and made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. Her service really stood out and made a great stay even better.

I would highly recommend Hotel Ter Brughe to anyone visiting Bruges and would happily stay here again.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. It was a little rustic, but very nice and lovingly furnished. We felt very comfortable, which was also thanks to the extremely friendly and helpful staff. The hotel bar served local beer, which was also very good. All in all, we were pleasantly surprised and if we ever return to Belgium, we would probably book here again. Thank you for the wonderful time.

Spacious and charming rooms, great location, very nice breakfast included. The staff is polite and very helpful. The walls are indeed quite thin, you can hear everything from the rooms beside you and above you.

Located just outside of the busy tourist area of Bruges (not a bad thing) and within easy walking distance. Rooms clean and tidy and in keeping with the building. Some even have canal views. Breakfast is worth paying extra for if not included in the price. Continental and English served. Accomodation walls somewhat thin, so expect to hear your neighbours! Staff polite, knowledgeable and courteous. A positive stay.

A beautiful hotel located by the river. The rooms are of old wooden architecture. The only problem was that every time somebody is walking down the corridor you can hear the sound and it feels like somebody is walking inside the room only.
