The place is simply wonderful, starting with the reception and its staff, whose smiles never leave their faces and who handle the check-in procedures as quickly as possible. From there, to the hotel lobby made up of several lounges, designed and furnished in a modern way that suits the historic character of the place, then to the warm and beautiful room and the dining hall. Simply put, the place creates a beautiful memory that lasts.

Exceptional! Hotel Van Cleef is pure magic. The divine hotel itself, the amazing staff, the location. Everything was perfect. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Bruges is a magnificent town, and this hotel is the perfect place to stay there.

The hotel is nicely decorated and enchanting, it has a lovely river view terrace which is a good place for a drink upon sunset.

This is an amazing boutique hotel that makes you feel like you are part of their family. Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The staff is so welcoming, the spaces warm and comfortable and the breakfast so delicious. We truly felt at home and couldn't have asked for a better stay.
