Amato-Brugge in Bruges

Loved our stay. Hosts super friendly and welcoming. Room was amazing and was in the perfect location. Down a very quiet street. Spa bath with the complementary bath salts was a very nice touch. Had the best veiw from the balcony of the Belfort Church. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for 4 nights and what a great location! Just off the square and easy walking distance to everywhere! Stijn and Kristof were awesome hosts. The air conditioning was out when we got there with temps in the mid 80’s but Kristof found us a fan and the temps dropped over the next several days. Very close to restaurants and a small store to stock up on items. Gucci was the most heart warming welcome dog and always greeted us with a wag. Room was on an alley way and had the greatest view of the Belfry and could hear the bells in the morning. Highly recommend 😘

This bed & breakfast is a little gem. Ideally located in the city, very central and close to the Bruges train station. Amato's hosts welcomed us with discretion and kindness. I recommend this place to stay. Very quiet place, even at night, despite the end-of-year hustle and bustle, and the establishment's hyper-central location. Very clean. Well decorated. A renovation is planned for early January 2025. The view of the belfry is simply superb, both for the view and to hear the sound of its carillon. Fine and gourmet breakfast, varied. Quantity and quality guaranteed to start the day off right.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Amato-Bruges was the best B&B I have ever stayed. From the view, comfortable bed, clawfoot tub, to the perfect location, I highly recommend staying here while in Bruges. Stijn, your hospitality was off-the-charts! Meeting you was one of the highlights of my trip. I look forward to returning next year and seeing the renovations. Please give a hug to adorable Gucci for me!

What a delightful experience. The owners have only started this year (2024) but have a great concept with plans to upgrade and increase the offering already. Our room was very comfortable with plenty of space and, quirkily, over two floors. The host was very welcoming and they have really thought through the nice-to-have additional touches that set them apart from many B&Bs. Very central, as well.

A beautiful property with exceptional service for an incredible value. The location also could not be better, and the hosts were so kind and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will definitely come back and stay here the next time we are in Bruges!

Great place to stay! We had a great time.

This BenB is excellent, the location is near the main square so everything is within walking distance! We used the bathroom a lot while visiting the city centre. Theta Are dozens of restaurants and pubs nearby. The accomodation itself is a beautiful old house from 1802 wich is made up to today's standards. The room is quite large and has a comfortable bed, but a tad short for my 186 cm tall body. The bathroom is verry neat and has a full shower and a bathtub, underfloor heating is also verry nice! A downside is the noises at night but it's to be expected in a old house in the middle of the city centre. Breakfast is verry cosy served in the living room with a fresh fruit salad, freshly made orange juice and some eggs the way you want them coocked! Even a chocolate bread is available with the great coffee. On request the there is even a parking spot available in a private parking garage next door! The owner is a friendly lady whoem lives in the building for assist if necessary, we had a great stay and would love to visit Sint Niklaas again, thank you!
