Hotel is right in the middle of down town near all the things you would want to do. But it is outside of main touristy area, so not a lot of restaurants/amenities near by. Was great for Carnaval being able to walk to Sambadrome and skip the crazy traffic.

The facility isn't great value for money, given that it's considerably small for the price. Still, it's well-located and very clean. My biggest complaint is the check-in process, which was extremely slow; I waited almost an hour in line to check in.

Very small room and no minibar or phone to call reception. 220V sockets so you can't dry your hair. They only have 1 adapter to lend and it was already borrowed. Bad service. Coffee costs 57 reais but there isn't enough variety to charge that price.

Breakfast starts at 6:30 am, taking into account the distances from RIO DE JANEIRO, it could be at 6:00 am.

The Ibis Budget does not have a hairdryer or minibar. However, to spend a night he does. I don't recommend walking around at night.

The break fast was excellent and the location of the Hotel is in the centre of the city, allow me to reach any place that I wanted to visit!

The breakfast is simply amazing. Everything you'd expect and more. The place has seen better days, but it's still clean and inviting. Fair prices and very friendly service.
