Good and central clean hotel. Basic service. However there’s only one elevator functioning for 14 floors so we had to wait up to 10min every time and we were located at the 14th floor! Pool was small so we didn’t swim (in case you’re choosing based on that). 5min away from Copacabana beach and a lot of restaurants around, quiet rooms is why I think it’s a good choice still

Located near Corpacabana beach, surrounded by restaurants and shops, it's very convenient. The room wasn't large but was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent – ​​I recommend booking breakfast separately! It's very close to Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer; an Uber ride costs just over 10 Baht. Parking is more expensive, almost 90 Baht a day. Although it's right on a main road, the soundproofing is good. Worth visiting again!

The hotel is located on the main street, a 5-7 minute walk to the beach. There's a currency exchange office nearby with a good rate, but it's closed on weekends and closes at 6:00 PM. Breakfasts are delicious, security is on hand, and it's very safe. We left documents and other savings in the safe, and nothing was lost. During holidays, the hotel tightens security and access control. There's a pool and a terrace with a bar with a stunning view. The room is very comfortable, the bed is also comfortable, the water pressure is excellent, and there are European-style outlets.

I really liked the hotel. It was clean everywhere, the service was excellent, the room was nice and spacious, with two bathrooms and a great bed. The staff was helpful and all issues were resolved quickly. It was a 5-minute walk to the sea. The breakfast was excellent. There was a rooftop pool and a beautiful view of the city.

Located 5 minutes from the beach, the location is good, and the breakfast is decent. The receptionist speaks English, which is helpful, and they are very patient in answering questions. However, I was confused about some charges at checkout. Water and other items were charged, and there was another charge for something I didn't consume. The receptionist explained it was a minimum charge, which, although only a few tens of dollars, still felt a bit unclear.

The hotel is too small and too crowded. It's also under renovation. I wouldn't recommend staying there; there's only one elevator available.

The Hotel was in construction, they didn't have people enough to attend in the reception when I got there.
The TV was not working in the room, the Phone was not working, the fire alarm is on top of the beds where they blinck all night.
They don't have full mirror in the room.
I had for 3 times recharge my door card.
I had some delivery been drop in the hotel, they never communicate with us to let us know the delivery was there.
Some important delivery was done and they said that the guess was not there, when we was.
Do I stay in this hotel again??? Maybe not
My recommendation at this moment is: they have to upgrade a lot to be charge the price.

Very clean hotel in an excellent location. The only flaw is that the rooms are a bit old and not at all soundproofed. The air conditioning is very noisy.

I have a wonderful story about this place and its awesome staff. I stayed in an apartment above this cafe and frequented this place for coffee, acai, smoothies, and other snacks while on a 10-day stay in Rio. I got to know the staff, and they were always friendly, but they proved to be almost-saintlike one afternoon when I had a really scary experience.....upon coming back to the apartment that day, I reached inot my pocket and discovered my wallet was missing (with my cash, ATM card, drivers license, etc.) I didn't know if I had been pick-pocketed or if it had fallen out during one of my excursions. Luckily I had left a back up credit card and my original passport in the apartment, but I was still mortified.

While I started calling my bank in the USA, I got a knock on my apartment door. It was one of the guys from the cafe. He found my wallet on the sidewalk while he was sweeping. It had fallen out of my pocket while sitting at the counter. He asked the building's doorman which apartment was mine, and he brought it up to me (cash and everything). I was ecstatic!!!!! Of course, I gave him every bit of cash I had, and generously tipped the guys working there every time I saw them for the rest of my stay. What wonderful people!

People say Rio is dangerous, and you do need to look out for yourself while there, but this place is proof that many Cariocas are just the best people in the world. BTW, the acai here is great.
