Location is great, beachfront. Front desk was helpful. Rooftop pool is very small but has a spectacular view. Everything was good except the corridor & the rooms. Corridor is dark. I booked a 28 sq m Superior Room, my fault for not booking a room with a seaview. The room has a tiny window (all the photos of the rooms shown on the website has much bigger windows) & when it’s opened, there was a rotting rubbish smell. All the rooms have dark flooring, dark furnishings & when it’s not brand new, they look seedy & run down. I don’t think a room w/ a seaview would help.

The room was very clean and the service was excellent. It would have been a perfect score, but the hotel's ventilation system must be old, as it was very noisy and affected my sleep.

Very old hotel but everything is clean for price paid. Room is big and location is superb in front of beach. At the corner 1 min walk there are some really nice Brazilian restaurants.

Wonderful hotel right on the beachfront, first line. It's located close to shops, restaurants, and cafes. The staff speak English, and the breakfasts are excellent. Definitely recommend! 👍

Five stars because that's the highest I can give! The hotel service was absolutely fantastic! We had already checked out in the morning, but our flight wasn't until the evening, and when we went back for our luggage in the afternoon, they even gave us 30 minutes to shower! The staff proactively helped us arrange transportation and were incredibly enthusiastic! The hotel also offered sea views, and I even witnessed a stunning 'fiery sky' (red clouds) in the morning! A truly wonderful experience!

It’s in an ideal location right opposite Copacabana beach . Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby

Check in and check out very quick with staff very pleasant. As I couldn’t understand Portuguese Rodrigo helped me check in my flight for tomorrow

We arrived at the hotel past midnite. Was served by a gentleman who spoke fluent English. We enjoyed our 3 days stay. Good location, middle of the Copacobana beach *****, surrounded by lots of restaurants. Enjoyed the hotel breakfast. We did not make use of the pool and gym so unable to comment. But our standard room was a good size, reasonably clean with daily housekeeping. The room doesnt hve a electric kettle but we were able to obtain one from housekeeping.

First of all, I would like to point out the very low level of service at this hotel. We arrived in the morning to check in, and the reception staff promised to do their best to arrange an early check-in. In reality, it felt as if everything was done to delay it as much as possible — the check-in process took around five hours.
Secondly, it was quite surprising that a hotel of this level does not provide kettles or complimentary bottled water in the rooms.
Thirdly, another confusing and unpleasant issue was the inconsistency in guest policies: some guests were allowed to bring visitors, while others were not. This felt either discriminatory or, at the very least, poorly managed. Such inconsistencies are not what one would expect from a hotel of this standard.
Unfortunately, communication with the hotel manager did not help resolve these issues.
The only positive aspect worth mentioning is the view from the rooftop overlooking the beach.

A very cozy hotel with a pleasant atmosphere.
Excellent breakfasts — tasty and with a good variety of options.
The staff is extremely friendly, always smiling and willing to help.
Comfortable rooms and a convenient location for walking around the area.
We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
