Best hotel I've stayed at in a long time. The staff and service are extraordinary. Even during this pandemic, with limited staff, everyone's willingness to keep the hotel running smoothly is clear. I was incredibly satisfied with my experience and can't wait to return to Rio de Janeiro to stay there again. Thank you all.

Great hotel, but the vibe is more business-oriented and not ideal for families on vacation. The breakfast is comprehensive. I really loved the toiletries available in the bathroom. The rooms are very nice, but be careful with the bathroom door, which is like a closet door and can hurt your feet if you're distracted. Service is very slow, and the staff seem unwilling to make things easier. We had problems checking in and out.

I recommend it. I took a couple for an outdoor photoshoot at Grumari. The hotel is very competent, the professionals are top-notch, very attentive, everyone from the reception staff to the waiters. I recommend it. The cleanliness is also very good. The apartment where the couple stayed is very clean, and the location is near the aquarium, near the Santos Dumont airport bus station. The elevators are slow, there were queues. The room is stuffy, the windows do not open, I wanted to check and let in fresh air. The pillows are uncomfortable. We and our friends liked the breakfasts at the hotel, the choice of food in April was good.
