Fantastic luxury hotel, with brilliant pool area. Walk across the street and your on the beach which is soo quiet compared to others in Rio

While it doesn’t have an endless list of amenities, the ones it offers are more than enough to relax and enjoy a great vacation: a beautiful pool, comfortable rooms, and attentive staff

The hotel is also very secure with all entry points from the outside covered by security. Only downside is the bar and waiting service at the pool area

This hotel is 10/10 can’t fault one thing, please  don’t read the reviews , located on one of Rio’s best beaches by far better any others near by, no restaurants around hotel but you can get Ubers for very cheap , 10 mins to barra or leblon highly recommend great value for money in Rio

As a constructive note, Wi-Fi coverage could be improved in some areas of the hotel. That said, we had a wonderful experience overall and would definitely come back!

Hotel was nice and clean and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels We had a corner room in tower 2 large room with comfort super king bed on 10th floor Water pressure to shower was poor receptionist did offer a different room and pressure was better but bathroom felt a bit dated Windows we’re not sound proof this was a little in convenient as there was a major construction site opposite and...

The location is simply amazing!

We had a room towards the street in a lower level. The noise from the street was really loud. The room towards the back was completely quiet in comparison

The room had a fantastic view, directly facing the beach. The hotel offers beach services, providing complimentary lounge chairs and parasols

The front desk staff were friendly and spoke excellent English, making communication easy. Overall, I was very satisfied!

The hotel is in a great location, just across the street from the beach. It's very convenient to watch the sunrise and go to the night market and bars. The room is very small, and you can't even spread out your suitcases

There is a shower room at the entrance of the hotel, which is convenient for washing after going to the beach. The breakfast restaurant has a good view, and you can see the blue sky and beach not far away

It's best to choose a room with a sea view, otherwise you can only see the building next door when you open the window in other rooms. The hotel lobby is not big, and the front desk service is average

I was unable to resolve this by changing the room on the next day because the person at the reception told me that they have rooms reserved for other guests who would arrive soon (?! Really! The guest who is already there is not allowed to have a good room, but those who will arrive later will get it

Everthing ok. But the location it's quite complicate, whiteout any restaurants walking option.

A couple of positive points: Wi-Fi worked well and the breakfast (fruits, yoghurts, cheese balls, omelette-like egg pie) was nice, though on the last day the hot water for making tea had a smell of coffee (they did not wash the jug properly)

The bathroom needs some cleaning! The staff are polite and helpful!

The business trip was alright; the price was relatively affordable, and the location wasn't too remote. For meals, you had to go across the street or eat in a restaurant

The breakfast selection wasn't very diverse, but it was acceptable

Room was clean, though floors are showing wear. The night staff at check in was half asleep. Gave the key card, but no room number or the what’s app link with all the info. Breafast was very good

Good but the pool is really dirty

This is a good hotel if you need a place to stay after a late-night arrival in Rio. The hotel is fine but the area isn't that great. For the price though, it's a decent value. The breakfast is actually really good

Really really nice hotel, clean and modern, large rooms. Our rooms were 1102 and 1402 respectively and these, initially just by luck, were the superior rooms high floors on the corner with a wonderful view

Staff were the highlight of this stay as they were always available for questions, recommendations, and requests no matter how small (shoutout to Victor and Charlotte at front desk and all the morning breakfast staff)

First was that the showers have waterfall shower heads making it difficult not to wet your hair however it was worsened by the fact that our first rooms shower head that was malfunctioning (water spraying everywhere even the floor) which was quickly replaced by maintenance

Second was that the AC unit in our first room was not properly functioning which became a huge problem by the 3rd day as it was extremely hot outside and maintenance was unable to fix it, so our room got changed

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Ritz however there were some minor/major inconveniences we encountered on the first 3 days of our stay that were not so pleasant but resolved quickly

Continental breakfast choices were ok. I like that you needed a room key to activate elevator. They surprised us with champagne and plastic flutes on NYE which was so special and kind

When a friend fell ill, the team's assistance and care were truly remarkable. The serene atmosphere and stunning natural surroundings - complete with monkeys and birds - created a sense of paradise

I also cut my foot stepping on a piece of glass on the floor in my room. On the positive the gardens are nice, the building is quite pleasant, though lots of steps!!, and the pool was very nice

Great Boutique Hotel that’s quietly nested away, artistically decorated with exceptional customer service to match. Hotel closely located near the Christ the Redeemer tour and several restaurants

It's the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation, inner peace, and a chance to recharge. Far from the hustle and bustle, Les Jardin feels like a haven, a place to refresh your mind and soul

The staff were exceptionally attentive and played a crucial role in making our stay memorable. They assisted us immensely in planning our daily activities, ensuring we made the most of our trip

Watching the sunset from the rooftop was magical, with monkeys jumping from tree to tree, the iconic Christ the Redeemer on one side, and the beach on the other. It was truly a sight to behold

The hotel is quite nice, very close to the beach and right next to the police station, just in case. There are many places to shop nearby, and the beaches of Ipanema and Leblon are also quite close

The rooftop pool is fantastic, with good views of the ocean, Copacabana, Sugarloaf Mountain, and the favelas to the side

Kivya and Lucas were super helpful at front desk, check in was simple and they were always there answer questions and did everything to make our stay the best we have had in Rio

The included breakfast was wonderful, excellent variety and a special shout out to Rosemarie and Nataiane who were excellent hosts at the breakfast every day

My crew had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable and the maids do a terrific job with the daily cleaning

The hotel itself is fine, with a typical breakfast – eggs, cheese, ham, fruit, cereal, yogurt, tea, coffee, and juice

Wow, I love decided hostel here for re-booking again. Great hostel with WiFi internet, kitchen, restaurant, swimming pool here nearly beaches, supermarkets, many restaurants, stores

It is a hostel, so manage your expectations. But good enough for a hostel that you’re paying for. And close to the beach and everything else. Feels abit old and crammed go up to my room

Economic structure without many pretenses and an economical price for this reason I give 5 stars to everything because it deserves it for the quality-price ratio

Nice social vibe every night and many tours on offer. They offered us an upgrade to an awesome private room from the one we booked. Hugo was super helpful with the tours
