We were so frazzled getting to the hotel from the airport TIAGO swooped in and helped us get into our hotel room swiftly. Great customer service TIAGO IS YOUR GUY!!! He gets you a great taxi ride back to the airport as well cheaper than Uber!!!!

This Radisson is very nice. Big, clean rooms. Everyone is friendly, helpful and very professional. The bar and restaurant are great for happy hour and sushi. Great location with soooo much within walking distance. Safe, clean neighborhood.

The room was fantastic and breakfast was great! Since I only stayed one night, I only encountered two issues: 1) The hotel often hosts many groups, which can make things chaotic and slow down service. 2) The young staff at the downstairs bar were impatient, and their expensive drinks didn't come with good service!

The Radisson Paulista boasts an unbeatable location, just a short walk from the area's top shopping streets. The rooms and facilities offer excellent value for the price.
However, the real highlight is the outstanding service. Every staff member, from the door to reception, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. This team deserves the five stars, and I especially commend Front Desk Agent Rauf for his wonderful service.

I Stay there a lot for work. It used to be ok but has come to degrade in quality over time. The internet service is horrible, practically unusable and very frustrating. Breakfast has come to degrade over time as good items have gradually been replaced with cheaper alternatives and I can now say that there is nothing there that I would like to eat. The rooms are dull and sheets and towels are used and worn. They do not make up the room if you don't specifically ask. It's a pitty. It could be so much better.

Once our room was changed the hotel was excellent and especially the staff at check in (Amos was brilliant, thank you), breakfast was very good.

Great location and friendly staff. The hotel overall is ok but I would not go saying it was a 5 star.
Room - very disappointed. Very spacious room with a very small bathroom. Balconies won't open for safety and the room feels like a cave. Very basic decor and really dark with no character.
Breakfast - probably the best thing of the hotel, wise variety and very friendly staff.
Hotel facility - Great gym and sauna area for a hotel. When we arrived there we were told the pool was closed which we were very disappointed. We complained that we should have been informed upon booking as we saw a notice on the lift dates prior to when we made our reservation. If we had known we would have changed hotels. The manager agreed to open the pool access while we were there as the only thing missing was the new furniture they had ordered.

We really enjoyed our stay. The team is really super nice, always ready to help, very kind and flexible. The superior rooms are fresh, spacious and comfortable (huge shower, great bed with a wide 180 bed, you sleep like a log 🥱). The hotel is close to many restaurants and shops. Large gym with lots of equipment (too bad there is no fountain). Small flat pool: it is not heated and was under maintenance during our stay.
