The space in the leisure area and pool is very good, very nice, Recreation almost all the time in the pool to stir people up, live music at night, theater/circus/acrobat performance

Very nice Hilton standard. Better choice than the Sheraton nearby. Direct access to WTC complex via the mall entrance in the basement floor. Restaurant is without windows and somewhat uncomfortable.

I made a reservation to stay after the marriage ceremony and fortunately, the hotel upgraded our room. During the check-in, they served a glass of champagne and provided us with a bottle of free champagne as well

It feels like we were in the garden! The other facilities like sauna and swimming pool were also good enough to relax. I highly recommend this hotel to stay in and would like to choose again next time!!

I stayed at the Renaissance Sao Paulo Hotel for 4 nights. I stayed on the executive floor, so I could go to the 23rd floor every day to enjoy the city view of Sao Paulo. The room was very comfortable.

Rooms are bit and outdated. I was on the 10th floor and you could tell that it’s old. Location is prime. My office is in the Robocop building which is an easy 3-4 minute walk.

Hotel has direct access to a mall with food courts, restaurants and shops. The room is rather big, bathroom is very clean, relatively newer hotel compared to the Hilton next door
