Facilities: The hotel is very large, though a bit dated. The hallways are long, and the gym is not located in the same building. Environment: Nearby airport and highway

I used the parking lot while going to the sambodromo park and was very surprised by the price: just R$10/4h, much lower than São Paulo standards

Experience was good overall. But the hotel was too busy and the restaurant could barely fit the amount of people. I would stay again if attending a conference in Anhembi Morumbi.

Very nice Hilton standard. Better choice than the Sheraton nearby. Direct access to WTC complex via the mall entrance in the basement floor. Restaurant is without windows and somewhat uncomfortable.

I stayed at the Renaissance Sao Paulo Hotel for 4 nights. I stayed on the executive floor, so I could go to the 23rd floor every day to enjoy the city view of Sao Paulo. The room was very comfortable.

Had a good time here at Ibis Morumbi.. The bar here is really good, with great service and wonderful hospitality. Douglas had been excellent serving us and made the best Cappuccino for my wife!!

That said, São Paulo’s North Zone is poorly served by good hotels, and this one had everything to be better, but unfortunately it feels worse with each stay. The biggest problem by far is the bed

Hopefully, now under the Mercure brand, the hotel will invest in real improvements, not just changing the shampoo labels. Comfort, especially the bed, really needs to be addressed
