4 star hotels in Sao Paulo

I used the parking lot while going to the sambodromo park and was very surprised by the price: just R$10/4h, much lower than São Paulo standards. Of course, there is the option of parking on the street, but there are not always spaces available.

I recommend it for any type of trip or event. Very comfortable accommodation, diverse and air-conditioned environments, excellent quality food and very efficient service.

Wonderful hotel, I stayed for 18 days, clean and spacious rooms, excellent customer service, reception, maids and restaurant staff. Everyone willing to make your stay a great experience.

I give this place a 5 star review because of the great employee Matheus. I arrived today and asked for a quote to stay, just for the day, which is usual. I didn't want to stay the night as I had another flight. He gave me a quote with options for breakfast or not (I arrived early, very early). He was also very friendly and helpful. Top marks, and great English too.

Although we were over 200 sent there due to a cancelled flight .. the staff did their best to accommodate everyone.

Check in was fast and done with Emerson, a helpful trainee receptionist. Good compromise between quality and price. We really enjoyed our stay. The team is really super nice, always ready to help, very kind and flexible. The superior rooms are fresh, spacious and comfortable (huge shower, great bed with a wide 180 bed, you sleep like a log 🥱). The hotel is close to many restaurants and shops. We had a fantastic stay. Room was great and service was awesome. Breakfast was good, was expecting a bit more variety but overall a pleasant experience.

Installation are really good, and it a very beautiful place. But bar service is really bad. The take too long to take our order, and some times the waiter just ignore the hotel guest.

It's a very old hotel. It's quite expensive because it's near the exhibition hall. But the facilities are very old. The most disgusting thing is that the toilet water pressure is not enough and it often can't be flushed clean. In the room, I'm not sure if it was because of the intermittent noise of a motor near the elevator. The room lights didn't turn off completely, leaving a dim light that also didn't stop flickering. Excellent breakfast.

The room was good, but the two rooms we booked didn't have hot water in the tap or in the shower. We didn't take a shower because it was 8 degrees Celsius! The attendant said the manager would contact us for a refund, but nothing yet!

Novotel standard. New and very clean. They should have just built a direct access from the parking lot to the hotel without having to go through the open outdoor area of the Corporate.

Service is ok. Courtesy dinner during the stay (pasta, salad and bread buffet). Room is clean split wall air conditioning. Location is really good in downtown. It is an old building but we see they care about it. Although it is not perfect it's a good relation cost benefit. I would recommend this hotel.
