Facial access location to arrive. I arrived on a Thursday 12/08/22 Pool all ok, crystal clear water... The space in the leisure area and pool is very good, very nice, Recreation almost all the time in the pool to stir people up, live music at night, theater/circus/acrobat performance... It has a gym/kids space. At DINNER, it left something to be desired in terms of the heat, because there are many...
I will try to be objective in the description of my stay, aiming at the experience of the next guests. I stayed 3 nights. I chose the breakfast and dinner option, because by the accounts when leaving in previous times, this option was worth it. I arrived on Monday, 28.11, and stopping the car at the entrance, the attendant came and asked me to check in while she registered the vehicle. Super fast...
A stay of three excellent nights could have been perfect if the pools were heated, except for the indoor pool, which was small and the hot tub was too cold. Everything is too beautiful remembering that those who stay are entitled to half entry to the orange groves thermae, wax museum and dinosaur valley. The wonderful and attentive monitors for adults and children for those with children are great...

The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by high-end office communities and a safe environment. The hotel is high-end and spacious, the room layout is also very bright, the service staff is enthusiastic, and they will try their best to meet any needs. There is a large home furnishing store downstairs, as well as restaurants and supermarkets.
The view from the pool is amazing
The room type was not as good as expected, not that new
The hotel environment is very good, the front desk customer service can speak English fluently and the experience is very good. The only shortcoming is that the Ctrip booking system and the hotel system are not fully matched.
Hilton Hotel is one of my favorite hotel styles. The hotel is newer than the Sheraton next door, but their double bed is too small, 0.8/1.3 meters wide. . ,
It is convenient to the conference venue, a certain distance from the city center, and clean. It is worthy of being a brand hotel. The service staff is warm and thoughtful. The stay experience is very good, and I hope I will have the opportunity to stay next time.

The hotel facilities are pretty good in Brazil. The shower water is big and the room size is good. The only drawback is that there are not many restaurants around the hotel. You need to walk quite far to find a restaurant.
Everything was great, they even managed to get a free upgrade to a room with a view of the bridge.
I rarely see reviews of hotels in Brazil. It's very expensive to book two nights separately. I booked the first night but couldn't book the second night, so I had to change hotels the next day! Fortunately, I changed hotels. I feel that the second one is more cost-effective! The Grand Hyatt is more than 1,600 without breakfast. Breakfast is about 140BRL per person after tax, which is 2,000 yuan per...
The hotel environment is good. We arrived at the hotel at 10:30 pm and had dinner. We had Japanese ramen, which was not bad. The service attitude was very good and the facilities were complete. I will come again.
The room was OK, relatively large and spacious. Although not new, it was not bad. We arrived early and the hotel had not yet cleaned up the room, so we had to wait a long time, but overall it was OK. There was a tall young girl at check-in, and the service was average. Everything else was good, except for the bad morning.
A hotel worth staying in again and again. Beautiful environment. Very rich breakfast. Very clean and safe room. The garden is unique. There are beauties in the swimming pool. Very close to the famous shopping mall morubei. Very convenient. You can walk

Excellent location, bar and restaurant available (which is great as I met a local business partner there). Fully stocked minibar and 24 hour room service with a full menu, which I find a big plus especially as I find a lot of hotels don’t do it. The location deserves another big plus, it has everything you need within walking distance.
The location is excellent, on the commercial street, convenient to go out, the room is comfortable and clean, the breakfast is rich, there are many fruits, and it is different every day. I will continue to stay in this hotel when I come to Sao Paulo in the future
The staffs gave different information. My friend and I asked about a water box provided in the room was free of charge. One person said it does, the other said it was'n free. The towels are not in the condition of a 5-star hotel. overall it s quite good but not a 5-star hotel
The hotel is quite satisfactory, except that it is a little expensive, there is nothing wrong with it. It is very good. The location is convenient and the service is in place! Drinks in the fridge are at your own expense, but there is no price tag; snacks are available.
On the morning of the second day of my stay, my credit card was charged with BRL 3048 by a Tango Tur Agencia. The tour guide helped me check that this company was located in Foz do Iguaçu, Brazil. I confirmed that I had no contact with this company, which meant that the card was stolen, but I immediately cancelled the card. Great experience from start to finish. The room with the city view had the best view of Sao Paulo, I was absolutely stunned. The lobby is beautiful and luxurious, the front staff very welcoming, accommodating and nice. Great breakfast at the rooftop restaurant with stunning views. Location is fantastic, 2 min walking to Ave Paulista, ubers always available closeby. Overall 5 stars, absolutely worth...
It was everything… The hotel was everything! It’s a beautiful hotel in every way. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was warm and welcoming and very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. Everything was wonderful and we will definitely be back soon.
Outstanding Would rebook in a minute. Well-kept property, polished, friendly and empathetic service and outstanding staff. Bravo! I could have stayed on and on and on.
A true Paulista gem I had such a fantastic stay at Tivoli Mofarrej. The location is excellent and the whole vibe of the hotel is stylish, smart and super comfortable. The staff went above and beyond, always smiled and greeted me and the views from my room were just stunning. I want to go back - now! Highly recommend. Similarly priced to the Renaissance, and in the same area - the Tivoli Mofarrej is...
TiVoli Mofarrej offers superb customer service all around, and overall is a great experience. I would recommend this hotel with two caveats: (1) for a luxury hotel, I found the rooms to be a bit outdated; (2) the beds are VERY firm, and I did not find them to be comfortable.
The reception team and service was excellent - lovely room - could do with a little more lighting ..very enjoyable experience - will come Back again

Confortável e bem localizado. Café da manhã muito fraco, incompatível com a estrutura do hotel .
I have stayed at this hotel several times, top service and excellent structure. Breakfast is very complete, the afternoon tea on the executive floor is very nice, and there is a closed room for meetings and printer support for the office, etc. I think the event space is the best in São Paulo for forums and business rounds.
Even with the city in the red phase against COVID 19, the hotel is an excellent option for a stay. The entire living area is closed. Swimming pool, gym, restaurants, bars, shopping, nothing open. However, the staff is very friendly, the service is good and the suite is excellent. The suite I stayed in is called Esmeralda. Newly renovated and deformed with signed pieces. Even though there was a problem...
Sensational Hotel!! Great service (Juliana, Marcelo and others) and excellent room service. The Premium Suites are super cozy, very well decorated and modern. A tip??.. Premium Suite 1307 (The View) You won't regret it.
Muito bom, local confortável e de alto padrão, Uma ressalva apenas para o estacionamento que tem um valor bem acima do normal, Mas de resto tudo ótimo
Best hotel in São Paulo for international travelers. The staff is very helpful, and the bar and restaurant are very nice. There is a helipad on the roof (used Voom.flights to get to GRU airport in under 20 minutes). I recommend joining SPG rewards before reserving a room, since the hotel can then let you know of any changes happening - for example the pool Is under construction in mid 2018.

I went with my family 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦👫👫👫 on Saturday (2/07/21) and it was very good 😍. The breakfast is great, the team follows all Covid safety protocols and is very attentive .👩‍💼
Wonderful service, we were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and dedication of the staff. Comfortable rooms with beautiful views and excellent service. The cuisine is talented, definitely one of the best things about this hotel, very tasty. We also enjoyed the facilities and relaxed, we will be back soon.
I can only confirm that I was very well hosted, and received very good service whenever I requested. It is very well located in Itaim Bibi, close to good restaurants, a 24-hour pharmacy, supermarket, currency exchange office and a taxi rank with great and friendly taxi drivers. This was without a doubt my best accommodation in São Paulo!

The rooms are neat, clean and sanitary. The lobby is well-equipped. The water and fruit supply in the gym is very unique and good.
The design of the lobby is very artistic and atmospheric, the breakfast is good, and I also had dinner twice in the hotel, which was also very good. The indoor washing and care products used are L'Occitane Brazil line, which are great. The building is a bit old, but the internal supplies and furniture are quite new, and the room is also quite large.
Good room, good location, clean street, very quiet and safe neighborhood, prompt service.
Great hotel in a good location.

The hotel has a beautiful environment and considerate service. Dining and travel are convenient downstairs. The slippers in the hotel are great! The only drawback is that there is construction around the hotel and the noise is too loud!!!
Very well located if you intend to stay in this business area of the city. Staff was nice, it took a little while to check-out as there were a lot of people queueing to check-in, it was ok though.
The hotel is surrounded by constructions. The whole block is just one huge building site. This meant construction noise all day, except on Sunday. The street is lined with rubble containers. The bed was soft and the in-room safe worked well. However the WiFi was poor in my room (room 812). My smartphone kept switching to data because of weak signal.
Except for the bad breakfast, everything else is good
The location is great, the room, breakfast and service are all good. I will stay here again if I go to Sao Paulo again.
Comfortable hotel, well located and with a great breakfast. The only downside is that there is construction work going on around the hotel and the noise may disturb those who want to rest until later. Paid but convenient parking.

The front desk service is great, and they often greet guests in Chinese. The breakfast is also quite rich.
An optimized solution for short stays. Good location. Recommended
The hotel was under innovation. There was no alert for that from 9 AM till 5 PM. There was hard drilling around all the walls afterwards on my last day not Friday. There was no hot water from 7 AM till 9 PM.
The accommodation fee on the day was very cheap and good. It would have been even better if they had provided slippers. It was disappointing that the TV could only be viewed from one side. There were no particular problems, but if the hotel reception staff could not respond more quickly, it would have been difficult to check in when it was crowded, which may have lowered customer satisfaction.
Great location and standard service..under renovation
Good location, not expensive, also enough different food on breakfast, staff also cool, I recommend it!!!

Very clean facility, attentive staff right from the reception to the restaurant. The breakfast was amazing, pistachio cake....like what the heck (I mean in a great way) and the waiter made an amazing cup of cappuccino. Overall, a really great experience. Definitely a value for money.
Excellent stay! The staff were polite and the room, while not very modern, was more classic in style, was always very clean. They're also pet-friendly, which is great! The breakfast is simply the best in town.
Surrounded by lush vegetation and close to the Park, this hotel has an excellent location. The taxi company outside the reception can take you anywhere is São Paulo in no time. The hotel has a friendly workforce that makes you feel safe and relaxed. Their Spa a must, includes tennis court and a cozy pool. Recommended.
Rooms are very spacious, but a bit outdated. Just as the rest of the hotel. But it will do. Rooms are clean. And breakfast is good. Friendly staff.

A good hotel in a good area of the city. They care not only about the comfort of people but also about pets. The room has a balcony and this was a big plus for us. The upper floors offer a beautiful view of the city
The hotel is being renovated. As a result, the structure is very good. However, the mattress on the box spring bed is very crooked. It is very difficult to get a good night's sleep this way.
Great service and delicious food!
Overall it's good, but there are two hotels of this brand in this city. I made a mistake when booking, and the two systems cannot be directly exchanged.
Great hotel, top quality service, impeccable breakfast. My only complaint is the size of the bathroom, which is a bit small. But other than that, no complaints.
Best location in Jardins but not much to remember

The hotel is nice and modern. The facilities, services and environment are all good. Since I came here for a business meeting, my schedule was full and I didn't have time to take pictures. I hope to come again next time 😀
The surrounding transportation is convenient and the public security is good. There is a large shopping mall opposite.
The location is very good, with many financial buildings nearby. The check-in service was also very fast, which is considered to be highly efficient in Latin America. It is quite good to have an office area separated from the house.
The sanitation and service are okay, but the switch in the room is particularly difficult to find. The table is just a glass flat table, which is relatively cheap and not suitable for office work. Breakfast was average. The bed in the room was a bit too soft and my back hurt when I slept there.
Great location, very comfortable space and very helpful staff. I recommend it!
The hotel room is very poor, there are no toiletries, and I don’t know why the price is so expensive.

The design of this hotel is wonderful!! I went to the Skye restaurant which is located inside the Hotel, everything was impeccable, I was very well received.
Luxurious hotel, with a good gastronomic variety, excellent swimming pools. Impeccable service from all employees. I recommend the filet mignon with green pepper sauce, to finish with a delicious café gourmand dessert. Congratulations to the entire team. Grade 10.
One of the most beautiful hotels in São Paulo. There is no place to be better treated and attended to than this. Impeccable concierge, impeccable Skye restaurant, outstanding service.
If you’re looking for the BEST experience in São Paulo, look no further than Hotel Unique. Incredible food, views of the skyline, rooftop pool, fun evening ambience... I can go on and on. I had originally booked only 3 days at Unique because I wanted to explore other hotels in the big city... but I extended an additional 4 days. This hotel is simply sublime. It exudes elegance whilst remaining convivial and appropriately informal. The furnishings are exquisite and drinks served to the very highest quality. We particularly enjoyed the live bossa nova in the hotel’s gorgeous bar; a real experience.
This is a charming, stylish and elegant boutique hotel in one of Sao Paolo’s nicest areas. The aura of the hotel is very much Mid-Century Modern luxury and to confirm the 1950s/1960s vibe there’s even a bossa nova whiskey bar just off the main reception. The bedrooms are huge, with sofas and chairs and reading lights all in the same sleek Mid-Century Modern style, and sleek dark wood parquet floors...
I have been two nights in this hotel. The atmosphere and service are impeccable, the decor elegant and cosy, the bar at the entrance beautiful. My room was very comfortable. Breakfast not to be missed! Internally connected to the Jardin Shopping Mall
Simple the best, the service at Fasano is bar none the best. I highly recommend the spa and the facilities as it is a great location to hold business meetings and to have lunch. The ambience removes you from the busy feeling of São Paulo. It is also very centrally located.
Always a peaceful stay. I always stay in places close to where I need to go, it's not always a joy! But this place never disappoints. Everything works, good location, friendly people. Restaurant always with great options, great drinks, it's always a pleasure.
An outstanding 3 night stay. The rooms, staff, public areas, pool, gym, and location can’t be beat. Highly, highly recommended! Will stay again on our next trip. The hotel’s Italian restaurant is excellent as is its sister restaurant, Gero, a block away from the hotel.
