The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by high-end office communities and a safe environment. The hotel is high-end and spacious, the room layout is also very bright, the service staff is enthusiastic, and they will try their best to meet any needs. There is a large home furnishing store downstairs, as well as restaurants and supermarkets.

The hotel facilities are pretty good in Brazil. The shower water is big and the room size is good. The only drawback is that there are not many restaurants around the hotel. You need to walk quite far to find a restaurant.

The noise was unbearable; I could hear every sound from the room above. The TV didn't even have screen mirroring. The shower stall was tiny, and the standard room itself was incredibly small.

The hotel is conveniently located and only 200 meters away from the surrounding commercial district, making it a good choice for business trips.

This hotel should be blacklisted. They treated Chinese differently for breakfast and put them in the innermost room. It's really disgusting.

Rooms are bit and outdated. I was on the 10th floor and you could tell that it’s old. Location is prime. My office is in the Robocop building which is an easy 3-4 minute walk.

Hotel has direct access to a mall with food courts, restaurants and shops. The room is rather big, bathroom is very clean, relatively newer hotel compared to the Hilton next door. Staffs are friendly and striving to provide excellent services! The surrounding area is safe because I walked around quite a bit during day time! Not super close to public transit but uber is the norm in São Paulo I assume

The previous review has been published. Apart from the fact that the hotel has a long history and some unexpected incidents such as moving rooms, everything else is pretty standard and basically online.

The room hygiene is good, but the breakfast is average. Not as good as some other hotels around. The price/performance ratio is good, and the environment around the hotel is OK.

The hotel has a superior location, good surrounding environment, convenient shopping and food, clean rooms, complete facilities, good service from hotel staff, rich breakfast, recommended to stay.

Wonderful hotel! From front desk to the restaurant to the spa to the exec lounge - the staff here are attentive and thorough. The rooms are wonderfully sized and immaculately clean. This is the hotel I choose when I come for business trips and can't be more happy about it. Rooms are very clean, the service, breakfast and everything is perfect. As a solo woman traveller I feel super safe in the area and there are many restaurants close by. I highly recommend this hotel!

I review a lot about Lhotel porto bay. I always stay here when Im Sao Paulo. It’s just 30 meters away to Paulista street where things are happening: mall, restaurants, bars, cultural event. The gym here is very small but I find nearby fitness center which is way better. The hotel is always convinient with great staffs.

Very near the Main Street. Front staff are helpful and friendly. The only thing is I needed to ask for water and coffee refill in the room on 2nd day.

The hotel is in a great location, right on the safest and busiest Paulista Street. The room is average, the breakfast is great, in addition to the buffet you can also order it. The waiters are warm and friendly, I will stay here again next time I go.

The hotel was under innovation. There was no alert for that from 9 AM till 5 PM. There was hard drilling around all the walls afterwards on my last day not Friday. There was no hot water from 7 AM till 9 PM.

The accommodation fee on the day was very cheap and good. It would have been even better if they had provided slippers. It was disappointing that the TV could only be viewed from one side. There were no particular problems, but if the hotel reception staff could not respond more quickly, it would have been difficult to check in when it was crowded, which may have lowered customer satisfaction.

Really liked the place - from the lobby to the rooms, all oozed understated elegance. The hotel is *tiny* with only 4 rooms on each floor, but it also means you get well looked after. Room service was top notch Italian fare. I had arrived early before check-in and they were very generous with the shower facilities in their spa. Security was tight, so not a problem there. Positive: Comfortable hotel, great bed, wonderful breakfast, courteous service, exceptional spa and restaurant.
