Always nice to stay there, very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and greta breakfast. The food at dinner was also great!

Breakfast is good, but for vegans not much of a variety, such as jam, or peanut butter (maybe I missed that).

Funcionários da recepção gentis. No buffet. Uma funcionária sempre com um sorriso acolhedor. A cama bem confortável, um café da manhã bem servido. O horário do café às 06:30 o que me permitiu poder usufruir antes dos meus compromissos profissionais. O valor da diária bem justo.

Great hotel! Great service and location

The breakfast was nice. The room was alright, not bad, the bed was a bit squeaky, the bathroom door didn't shut properly. The guy working there was such a darling, but I was a bit upset that they didn't have a fridge to store some food that I had left over from a fancy restaurant that I went to with my other half. All in all, it was a nice trip. Thanks Cardim, arrasou. É noix!

Well located hotel. Good service from the staff, as well as their availability at all times. Good cleanliness and an excellent rooftop pool. The gym is very small. They are giving breakfast in a very small room because they are under construction in the usual place

Problems in the room with air conditioning and bathroom. Requested exchange and responded promptly.

The room is quite large and decorated in an old style. The service is quite good.

Excellent location, but with some negative points: bad pillow, old furniture, low quality breakfast and terrible service from a girl at reception. The elevator didn't read my card, I was stuck in it, the girl had difficulty opening the door and even claimed that it was my fault for not knowing that there was an intercom in the elevator. I do not recommend the hotel.

Was needed in an emergency for two nights and it was perfect for that. Very clean and even a hot breakfast with omelets!!

I think it's a good hotel in general, but they should improve cleanliness of the shower. Breakfast was good, dinner was not so good. I asked for grilled chicken and it was too small and the waiting time was too long. I complained about the chicken after I ate. The waiter told me that they could prepare something else for me and that I should have told her at the moment. She was really nice, but I didn...

Check in was wonderful. The kitchen was excellent with the exception that we asked for. The only downside was the hygiene of the towels.

Pros: Location needed, rooms are comfortable and price was affordable. Cons: Wifi signal, small rooms. Conclusion: This location this is the best hotel around. Has wifi and food downstairs. Shopping Mall was across the street. Very convenient.
