Good hotel, IHG style, nothing to add, the only inconvenient was the breakfast location as it's under repair the main one.

I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The staff were courteous, attentive, and genuinely helpful, and the hotel is well located and impeccably clean. The only area that could benefit from improvement is the rooms — particularly the showers — which would welcome some renovation. That said, this does not detract from the overall comfort and quality of the accommodation.

The hotel has great staff, it has good location and the lobby area feels like a 4 star hotel. The breakfast is very good as well. Now for the not so great part, the two rooms we got felt like 1990, the furniture was old, the curtains had a little antique odor. The hotel is in a medium location, the price is a mystery and keeps changing like monkeys in the clouds, it's quite confusing, there was no room left on the last day. I have to say that the hotel is pretty good, but the price doesn't match the hotel.

The location is good, just steps from Paulista Avenue and the Consolação metro station. The apartment is small and simple, but it comfortably accommodated 3 adults. Check-in and check-out were quick. The breakfast is okay. The only downside was the shower, which was a bit tricky as it didn't have hooks for hanging towels and clothes.

It's about the right size for one person, the space is a bit cramped, but there's no shampoo, and the bedding doesn't include a blanket by default; you'll need to ask the front desk for one.

Good, I always stay here when I'm on business trips. There's a shopping mall across the street, which is very convenient. The breakfast is decent, and they offer laundry service, although it's not free, it's very convenient. Good.

They both came in handy as I didn’t have to leave the hotel at the end of the day to go look for a place to eat.

Close to the office, comfortable bed, and good shower. Road in front of it is being repaired so access is a bit harder than usual with a lot of workers and machinery on the premises. I've stayed here twice already and it's great for a quick stay since it's near the airport. Bar/restaurant is cool chill environment. You're close to some great restaurants located throughout Itaim Bibi. Especially great hamburger and sushi spots. They're a short uber ride away. Downside is all the traffic due to road construction that has been neverending it seems but at night time there's no traffic

Had a good time here at Ibis Morumbi.. The bar here is really good, with great service and wonderful hospitality. Douglas had been excellent serving us and made the best Cappuccino for my wife!!

The only downside was the condition of the room that it was not on par with the Ibis' standard I know from other times I stayed with you.

I was surprised that the bed was a murphy bed but it comfortable. The AC worked well and the shower was good. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice hotel in a good location. Rooms and common areas are overall clean, and the shower has amazing water pressure. The gym is well-equipped, and the staff are friendly and responsive. On the downside, there can be long lines at the front desk, and the pool isn’t as updated as shown in the pictures—it could use some renovation.

Unfortunately there was construction going on and I was awaken at midnight with some loud pounding noises; called the front desk and it stopped. The area is safe and walkable with several bars/restaurants around.

The property is quirky, the staff are excellent, the dining is good. There are some old-fashioned touches - washing lines in the bathroom - and in places there is a clear need for refurbishment, but it's a comfortable place to stay. And the swimming pool is excellent. I realise from other reviews that one must book a superior room in order to have bottled water and tea-making facilities in the room...

The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is plentiful, the environment is nice, the area is relatively safe with security guards on duty, and the courtyard is nicely landscaped. The only drawback is that the hotel is divided into two sections, and we were not told which section to check in from before we arrived.

São Paulo has always had a bad reputation for safety, but this area is relatively safe. There are many supermarkets and restaurants downstairs from the hotel.

The apartment room has a kitchen. There are no slippers. There is no running water. There is a self-service water dispenser in the lobby on the first floor. It's relatively quiet at night.
