At DINNER, it left something to be desired in terms of the heat, because there are many people in a closed space, air conditioning not working, people complaining about the heat and the employees seemed to leave the windows closed, every day when I arrived for dinner I had to open the windows, even though they themselves said that the air was not working, but they also did not open the windows to ventilate, they did not even put a portable fan that would help a lot, it even seemed like a strategy to keep everything closed to spend less time in the cafeteria lol. .

Now that unlimited approach by Employees to try to sell an account is TOO MUCH, so every time it is approached there is no time for us to enjoy our leisure...

Coming back from the beginning of the Pool, we arrived at a farm, swimming pool ok,

Another thing, on the way out of the cafe I was approached by the security guard saying that I could not leave with a glass of juice, I think it is unnecessary when the customer is leaving with, like, a cheese bread, or a glass of juice, or a piece of bread in my hands ,
The approach was wrong, until other days I went out with a glass of juice in my hands, and in addition to leaving with juice, I saw people taking several things inside the disposable cup, and they were not approached....

Now, it is clear that there must be inspection, yes, for those who want to take several things from the cafe, it must be inspection...

I stayed 3 nights. I chose the breakfast and dinner option, because by the accounts when leaving in previous times, this option was worth it.

I arrived on Monday, 28.11, and stopping the car at the entrance, the attendant came and asked me to check in while she registered the vehicle.

Super fast check in and the staff was very attentive. You can choose breakfast and dinner times to avoid possible queues when the resort is full. Returning to the car, I was already registered and I was instructed to make a return and enter the next guardhouse because of the tower they had placed me.

You pass the clock they give you at the gate and go to the parking lot. You can use this watch for any type of purchase at the kiosks or at the countless refrigerators scattered around the place. It is very practical and very agile.

In the parking lot where I stopped the vehicle, I confess that I was a little lost and not knowing what to do. It was then that I saw stickers on the walls directing where to go. Here is a negative point on rainy days. All displacements, if it's raining, you'll get wet. Hahahahah. But, patience. Remember if:. Ove is on vacation. Why stress? Let's go ahead.

It has 3 elevators and they work well. The single room comfortably accommodates up to 5 people. It's quite spacious. It has a good view. Air conditioner. Tv and good options to watch. Hair dryer. Good shower. Excellent bed. The room is really nice.

Breakfast and dinner, I have nothing to repair. It has a lot of options and a little bit of everything. The issue of taste is very particular, but you can't please everyone. So, you will have to experiment. Hehehe. I highlight the attention that chef Alex gave me. Too good people.

The place has good food options so you don't have to go out. It has a pizzeria, snack bar, coffee shop, bar, live music, Oakberry, and large fridges spread around the resort with juice, beer, water, chocolate, snacks and other things to "snack on" while you're at the pools. Scanning the qr code of the menu, everything is there. For portions, snacks, drinks and a very nice place, I recommend the sports bar.

Speaking of pools, come on. The "infinity" edge was under maintenance. I couldn't enjoy it. So, no review. The others are the great balcony of the place. There are exclusive ones for children and then parents can stay in the chairs and months very close to their children or, use those for adults that you can also stay with your children close. What you will have to choose is which one to stay in, as the water temperature can vary in each of them. And it's worth taking advantage of each one. If you want to stay more private, just stay in the covered heated pools and the hot tubs, but I'm telling you, it's very popular there. Hehehe. In these pools there is a canteen to order some delicacies.

It has a gym for simple activities. A good playroom for children. Soon they will open the massage room. It has a games room. Courts and much more to practice sports. There's mini golf too.

There are numerous programs. Just scan the air code and see everything for adults and children. Activity is not lacking.

There are one or two details regarding the structure, but nothing that disturbs the stay. Also, maintenance people are working at virtually every location. They're pretty discreet; however, they are at full steam to offer guests quality and peace of mind.

A stay of three excellent nights could have been perfect if the pools were heated, except for the indoor pool, which was small and the hot tub was too cold. Everything is too beautiful remembering that those who stay are entitled to half entry to the orange groves thermae, wax museum and dinosaur valley.
