The personnel was very friendly and helpful (from the housekeeping, front desk, concierge, waiters etc). You deserve your 5 stars for this level of Service.
The room was super comfortable (I have taken a pic of the pillow to get the brand), with a nice view.
The breakfast was excellent with a large choice of fresh products.
All this 2 minutes away from Paulista Avenue

Very European hotel. Cozy atmosphere, attentive service, impeccable rooms. Special mention: breakfast. The buffet is delicious and you can order eggs and French toast.
