The room was better than I expected for the price. It was functional and equipped with a microwave, a basic coffee machine, a fridge, and kitchen utensils.

Our room was managed directly by the owner, and the check-in process was a bit frustrating due to having to fill out paperwork again.

The room was quite clean and had a great shower.

Breakfast was basic, offering eggs, pão de queijo, some cakes, and coffee. Anything beyond that was charged separately.

Renato, at reception, was friendly and attentive and offered to book the taxi for us.

Location, breakfast and staff was really good!
We had to change rooms twice because of the AC noises, third room was for disabled which also had water leaking and clogged drainages. Between checking at 14:00 and maintenance we could relax around 18:00 pm.
Place needs urgent maintenance.

The check in went well and they were very friendly. We were in late but still managed to get room service and the self service beverage area in the lobby was a welcome addition. Very basic room and bed was not the most comfortable but it was a good place to stay for the night. Breakfast in the morning was fresh and there was a good selection. One issue was street noise as the windows did not block much of that. Overall it was a good stay and I would recommend it
